I am looking for a new tenant for my beautiful room in a shared 2 rooms apartment in Beuel starting 01.03.2022 . The room has its separate bathroom and the kitchen is shared with only one more tenant. The apartment is ca. 62 m2 and the room is ca. 25 m2. The bathroom has a built-in wardrobe, shower cabinet and WC. The furnished room has also a big window for the sunlight to get in and a view. Washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, and freezer are available.

Es ist ein sehr schön aufgeteiltes helles Zimmer mit großem Fenster in einer zweier WG. Was in WGs selten ist, und hier ein echter Vorteil ist, dass es ein eigenes Badezimmer mit WC gibt, das dierekt von Zimmer zugänglich ist. Die Wohnung liegt im Obergeschoss eines Mehrfamilienhauses mit insgesamt 3 Wohneinheiten. Die beiden Zimmer grenzen an einen gemeinsamen Flur an, welcher zugleich zur gemeinsamen Wohnküche hinführt.
Röhfeldstr. Ost bus station is only 2 minutes away and by bus you can be in Beuler-Bahnhof in 3 minutes and in Bonn Hbf in 18 minutes. Penny, Turkish Supermarket, Lidl, Aldi are all on a walking distance. Apotheke, DM, Edeka and Beuler Downtown are 5-10 Minutes away by bus.
Ärzte, Restaurants sowie alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten des täglichen Bedarfs sind in unmittelbarer Umgebung (Bäckerei, Penny, Lidl, Aldi), die nächste Bushaltestelle (Röhfeldstr.) ist fußläufig erreichbar (ca. 2 Minuten). An der Uni ist man mit dem Fahrrad in 12 Minuten. Den Rhein erreicht man mit dem Fahrrad in 8 Minuten.
Beueler Bahnhof ist ebenfalls schnell zu erreichen (5 Min mit dem Fahrrad) und von dort aus ist man in ca. 30 Min. in Köln. Über die A59 ist der Flughafen Köln/Bonn in ca. 15 km zu erreichen.

Die Große Küche ist vollständig möbliert und mit Elektrogeräten ausgestattet: Waschmaschine, Trockner, Spülmaschine, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank und Gefrierfach sind vorhanden. Das Haus hat auch einen schönen großen Garten, der zum Grillen oder sogar zum Lesen eines Buches an einem ruhigen Sonntagmorgen genutzt werden kann.
