The house has two areas. 3 rooms (with kitchen) are at the ground floor and another area like a duplex apartment is on the two upper floors with 6 rooms. All rooms share the common areas of the house.
Room 8:
This room has two rooms connected within with total surface of 24 sqm, located on the 3rd floor with a view to the street and its Wilhelminian facades. The two rooms are equipped with a double bed of 140x200cm, bedside table wardrobe, desk, sofa, and everything you see at the pictures. The Bathroom is shared with 2 more rooms.

BEUEL is a residential area on the eastern bank of the river Rhine. It has its own busy area with shops, cafés, and restaurants, and a good connection to the city center.
