The residence is a charming heritage house of 350 sqm, completely renovated, with a large terrace and a garden. The house has two areas, some rooms are at the ground floor and another area like an apartment is on the two upper floors. All rooms share the common areas.

A nice room of 9 sqm, located on the second floor with a view to the street and its Wilhelminian facades.
The room is part of the upper area of the house, containing six rooms, a kitchen, a large terrace, and two bathrooms on the two upper floors. The Bathroom is shared with 2 more rooms.
The room is equipped with a double bed of 140x200cm, closet, desk, bedside tables, and everything you see at the pictures.

BEUEL is a residential area on the eastern bank of the river Rhine. It has its own busy area with shops, cafés, and restaurants, and a good connection to the city center.
