Neue/r Mitbewohner/in in bodenständiger WG in Bonn-Castell gesucht!

Hallo an euch da draußen,

wir sind eine 3er WG, die in einem Mehrfamilienhaus an der Kölnstraße in Bonn-Castell liegt. Wir suchen nun, da es unsere Mitbewohnerin leider in ein anderes Bundesland verschlägt, nach einer neuen Persönlichkeit, die unsere WG langfristig ergänzt :)

Das Zimmer das ab Oktober frei wird, wird unmöbliert vermietet, ist 30 m2 groß, durch 3 große Fenster sehr hell, jedoch auch zur Straße gelegen, weshalb das Zimmer eher etwas für jemanden mit nicht allzu empfindlichen Ohren ist. Die Warmmiete beträgt 360€ monatlich (inklusive Internet und GEZ).

Des Weiteren haben wir in der WG eine schöne neue gemeinsame Küche (inklusive Herd, Ofen, Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank, Tiefkühltruhe, Toaster, Wasserkocher), ein gemeinsames Gäste-WC, ein gemeinsames Bad (mit Dusche in der Badewanne) und einen kleinen gemeinsamen Balkon.

Wir sind generell eine gesellige, ausgeglichene WG, die gerne mal zusammen kocht, quatscht oder das Ein oder Andere unternimmt, jedoch auch die Privatsphäre des Einzelnen respektiert.
Am meisten würdest du mit mir (Karo) zu tun haben, da mein Mitbewohner Alex (31) nach dem Abschluss seines Masters in Geographie bereits im Arbeitsleben steht und oft auf Geschäftsreisen oder für Projekte unterwegs ist.
Ich, Karo, bin 25 Jahre alt, studiere im 2. Mastersemester Tierwissenschaften an der Universität Bonn und lebe schon seit etwa 4 Jahren in der WG. Da ich hobbymäßig alleine oder mit meiner Band zwischendurch auf Auftritten bin, kann es schonmal vorkommen, dass ich zu Hause dafür üben muss (Richtung: akustischer Pop, Rock, Alternative; also auch nicht superlaut). Außerdem solltest du keine generelle Abneigung gegen Hunde haben, da wir hier relativ regelmäßig einen kleinen freundlichen Hund zu Gast haben.

Hello to you out there,
We are 3 people living in an apartment that’s located in an apartment building next to Kölstraße in Bonn-Castell. Now that one of our room mates is moving to a different state in Germany we are looking for a new personality that’s complementing our living community in the long-term :)

The room that’s going to be free in October, is unfurnished, 30 m2 in size, due to 3 big windows quite bright, but also located next to the street, which is why the room would fit to a person that isn’t all too sensitive regarding street noise. The whole rent for that room is 360€ per month (including internet and GEZ).

Furthermore, there is a nice new shared kitchen in the apartment (including stove, oven, dish washer, microwave, fridge, freezer, toaster, water boiler), a shared restroom, a shared bathroom (with shower in the bath tub) and a small shared balcony.

We are a sociable, balanced community, that likes to cook, sit and talk and enjoys making plans together every now and then, but also respects everyone’s privacy. You would be in contact with me (Karo) the most, since my roommate Alex (31) graduated in Geography and started to work, which includes him going to business trips or attending different projects a lot.
I, Karo, am 25 years old, currently studying Animal Science in the 2nd semester of the Master of Science at the University in Bonn, and have been living in this apartment for about 4 years.
Because I do music as a hobby, I sometimes give concerts, so it can happen that I have to practice for that at home (since it’s only the genre of pop, rock, alternative played acoustically it usually doesn’t get all too loud though). Besides that you shouldn’t have a general aversion towards dogs, because there is a friendly, small one going in and out quite regularly.
