Hello there!
I'm subletting my room in this beautiful shared flat because i'm going to travel for some time. The insertion says six months but there's a high probability that i'll be gone for atleast a year. The room is subdivided in two with a bathroom next door. The flat will be shared with Clara and Martin who are both very approachable and easy to live with. It's located right in the city center which means that everything is accesible by feet but we also have some space in our garden to park a bike. I honestly don't know how difficult it is to find a parking spot for a car. The rooms are ready-furnished with a bed, chair, desk, shelf, a wardrobe etc. If you want to bring your own stuff or don't want to keep some stuff, we'll surely find an agreement.
