Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und bietet alles, was man braucht. Zu vermieten ist ein 15 m² großes Zimmer mit zwei Fenstern. Eines der Fenster ist ein Dachfenster, wodurch das Zimmer sehr hell ist. Als Gemeinschaftsräume haben wir eine gemütliche Küche mit großem Tisch und ein Bad mit Fenster.
Die Miete beträgt 345 € ALLES inklusive!!
The Flat and Room
The apartment is very cozy and has everything one needs. We are renting a 15 m² room with two windows. One of the windows is a skylight which makes the room very bright. As common areas we have a cozy kitchen with a large table and a bathroom with a window.
Rent is 345 € all inclusive!!
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer super zentralen Lage in Bonn-Castell, 3 min zu Fuß zur Altstadt und zum Rhein. Die Lage bietet super Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Post, Imbiss und Geschäfte. Bonn Hbf 7min mit Fahrrad entfernt.
Location
The apartment is in a super central location in Bonn-Castell, 3 minutes away from the old town and near the Rhine. There is an Aldi market five minutes from the flat, and A Rewe market a bit further away. There is also a post office right around the corner and other shops. Bonn main station is 7 minutes away by bike.
WG-Leben
Du würdest die Wohnung mit Sabine und Azemina teilen. Azemina ist 35, macht gerade ihren Master an der Uni Bonn, wo sie auch arbeitet. Sie kommt aus Bosnien und Herzegowina und hat einige Jahre in der Türkei studiert und gelebt. Sie malt und liest gern und es ist eine Freude, mit ihr in der Küche über alle möglichen Themen zu diskuttieren.
Sabine ist 40, ist Sprachwissenschaftlerin, ausgebildete Lerntherapeutin und arbeitet zur Zeit als Integrationsassistenz. Sie reist, tanzt und liest gerne, entweder allein, mit Freunden oder mit ihren Kindern. Sabine lebt das "Nestmodel", das heißt die Eltern wechseln sich damit ab, in deren Familienwohnung mit den Kindern zu sein und haben jeweils " Zweitwohnsitze" für die Zeit ohne Kinder. Wir sind also ihre "Zweitwohnung" in der sie 3 Tage in der Woche verbringt, an denen sich dann auch oft gemütliche gemeinsame Abende ergeben.
Es geht bei uns sehr entspannt zu und abends sitzen wir gerne noch zusammen, kochen gemeinsam oder trinken ein Bierchen oder ein Glas Wein. Manchmal brauchen wir aber auch ruhige Momente für uns allein. Es ist uns wichtig, dass wir die Gemeinschaftsräume ordentlich halten. Alles in allem sollen sich in unserer Wohnung alle wohl und frei fühlen.

Sabine und Azemina
WG life
You would share the apartment with Sabine and Azemina. Azemina is 35 and is currently doing her master's at the University of Bonn where she also works part time. She comes from Bosnia and Herzegovina and has studied and lived in Turkey for a longer period of time. In her free time she draws or reads and it is fun discussing any serious or nonsense topic with her. Sabine is 40, is a linguist, trained as a learning therapist and is currently working as an integration assistant. She likes to travel, dance, read and sew, either alone, with friends or with her children. Sabine lives the "nest model", which means that the parents take turns being in their family apartment with the children and each have "second homes" for the time without children. So this is her "second home" where she spends 3 days a week and enjoys cozy evenings together.
In the evenings we like to cook something together and drink a beer or a glass of wine. But sometimes we also need quiet moments to ourselves. We give importance to cleaning after ourselves in the areas we use together. All in all, everyone should feel comfortable and free in our apartment.
