A room with a nice view from the park and the river Rhein. It is furnished with a bed and mattress, shelf, desk, chair, small table and a washbasin.
That is the warm rent (including everything, no need for extra), the deposit is 300, the rest is in case anything from the room is damaged.
There are buses every 10 mins. The connections are 551, 600 and 601, but near is a tram as well. The neighbourhood is quiet and near is the river and its nice for running. Within 10 mins there is Aldi and a little bit further Rewe markets. Next to the building there is the Schell bakery.
You will share the toilet and the kitchen with other 17 students. You will never get to be alone, as there is always someone in the kitchen to hangout or try new food. The floor is pretty quiet and clean. You will have you own space in the kitchen and a shelf as well. We try to keep clean the kitchen after cooking.
