Das Zimmer befindet sich in einer sehr schönen Lage in Bonn-Castell in einem kürzlich renovierten Gebäude.
Es ist durch die 2 großen Fenster immer sehr hell, voll möbliert und hat ein eigenes Waschbecken. Auch eine Mikrowelle/Ofen, Toaster und ein Kaffeevollautomat! Du brauchst nur deinen Koffer zubringen.
Die große Küche und die Duschen teilst du sich mit anderen Bewohnern, zwei Bäder teilst du sich derzeit mit 4 anderen Mädchen.
Die Miete beinhaltet Strom, Heizung, Internet und die Nutzung der Waschmaschinen und des Trockners im Keller. Internet-Geschwindigkeit (50-100 mbps)
Viele Fahrradabstellplätze und begrenzte Parkplätze für Autos sind ebenfalls vorhanden.

The room is in a very nice location in Bonn-Castell in a recently renovated building. It is always very bright thanks to the 2 large windows, fully furnished and has its own sink. Also a microwave/oven, toaster and a full-automatic coffee machine! you only need to bring your suitcase. You share a large kitchen and showers with other residents, while two bathrooms are currently shared with 4 other girls.
Rent includes electricity, heating, internet, and use of the washing machines and dryer in the basement. Internet speed (50-100 mbps)
Many bike parking places and limited car parking are also available.
Das Zimmer befindet sich in einer schönen, verkehrsgünstigen Lage. Bonn Hbf ist nur 13 Minuten mit dem Bus oder 8 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad entfernt. Lebensmittelläden sind 8, bzw. 11 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Der Rhein ist nur 4 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt!

The room is in a beautiful, convenient location. Bonn hbf is only 13 minutes by bus or 8 minutes by bike. Grocery stores are 8, and 11 minutes away on foot. The Rhine is only 4 minutes away on foot!
