Das Zimmer ist mit 11 m² das kleinste aber auch günstigste Zimmer in der WG. Es ist unmöbliert. Wie in (fast) der ganzen WG ist auch das Zimmer mit einem Laminatboden ausgestattet.
Die Wohnung ist insgesamt ca. 69 m² groß, die sich auf die drei WG-Zimmer, eine Küche, ein Bad, Vorflur und ein gemeinsames Durchgangs-/Wohnzimmer aufteilen. Im Wohnraum steht ein großes gemütliches Sofa. Die Küche ist nicht sehr groß bietet aber für drei Personen definitiv genug Platz und hat insbesondere recht viel Lagerfläche. Wir haben leider keine Spülmaschine dafür aber eine Waschmaschine und Platz im Keller um Wäsche aufzuhängen du musst also nie mit dreckiger Wäsche losziehen. Zudem gibt es im Keller Platz um Fahrräder abzustellen, diese müssen also nicht draußen stehen bleiben. Zudem haben wir noch ein eigenes Keller- sowie Dachbodenabteil zur Verfügung, die beide recht geräumig sind und in denen man Zeug lagern kann. Zudem gibt es einen Balkon, der allerdings nur über das eine Zimmer (Dakshinas) zu erreichen ist, weshalb man sich da mit ihr abstimmen muss, wenn man da draufmöchte.
At 11 m², the room is the smallest but also the cheapest room in the shared flat. It is unfurnished. As in (almost) the entire flat share, the room is also equipped with a laminate floor.
The apartment has a total of approx. 69 m², which is divided into three shared rooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, anteroom and a common passage/living room. In the living room there is a large comfortable sofa. The kitchen is not very big but definitely offers enough space for three people and in particular has a lot of storage space. Unfortunately, we don't have a dishwasher for this, but we do have a washing machine and space in the basement to hang up laundry, so you never have to go out with dirty laundry. There is also space in the basement to park bicycles, so they don't have to be left outside. We also have our own basement and attic compartments, both of which are quite spacious and where you can store stuff. There is also a balcony, but it can only be reached via one room (Dakshinas), which is why you have to coordinate with her if you want to go there.
Die WG liegt in einem Haus mit 8 Wohneinheiten in einer ruhigen Wohngegend mit vielen Grünflächen. Das Haus hat einen eigenen Garten. Zudem liegt der Derletalpark in der Nähe.
Die Wohnung liegt nahe des schönen Zentrums von Duisdorf, was in ca. 7 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen ist. Hier findet man auch alles für den Alltag Nötige vom Rewe bis zur Apotheke. Mit Bus oder Fahrrad braucht man ca. 10 Minuten bis zum Campus Endenich und etwa 15 Minuten bis zur Bonner Innenstadt und zum Hauptbahnhof. Da wir von drei Bushaltestellen umgeben sind an denen insgesamt 7 verschiedene Linien Richtung Innenstadt fahren kommt eigentlich auch regelmäßig ein Bus vorbei. Zudem ist die nächste Haltestelle der S-Bahn Linie S23 ebenfalls innerhalb von 10 min zu Fuß zu erreichen.
The WG is in a house with 8 residential units in a quiet residential area with lots of green spaces. The house has its own garden. The Derletalpark is also nearby.
The apartment is located near the beautiful center of Duisdorf, which can be reached on foot in about 7 minutes. Here you will also find everything you need for everyday life, from a Rewe to the pharmacy. It takes about 10 minutes by bus or bike to get to the Endenich campus and about 15 minutes to get to Bonn city center and the main train station. Since we are surrounded by three bus stops with a total of 7 different lines going to the city center, a bus actually comes by regularly. In addition, the next stop of the S-Bahn line S23 can also be reached within 10 minutes on foot.
Wir, das sind Dakshina, Jeremias und ich. Jeremias verlässt uns im August.
Dakshina ist 24 und studiert Chemie im Master. Sie geht gerne mal auf längere Nachtspaziergänge und liest gerne. Sie kommt aus Indien und spricht nicht so gut Deutsch, weswegen die WG-interne Kommunikation im Wesentlichen auf Englisch stattfindet.
Ich (Jakob) bin 24 und studiere Mathe im 2. Mastersemester. Ich spiele Posaune beim Orchester des Collegium Musicum Bonn, spiele gerne Badminton und habe schon verschiedene Sportarten beim Hochschulsport ausprobiert. Auch für Gesellschaftsspiele verschiedener Art bin ich häufig zu haben und lerne auch gerne neue kennen.
Wir sind eine ruhige, offene WG. Ab und zu haben wir mal einen gemeinsamen WG-Abend wo man dann gemeinsam isst, quatscht oder Karten spielt. Ansonsten ist uns ein netter, rücksichtsvoller Umgang miteinander wichtig. Die Arbeitsatmosphäre in der WG ist sehr gut es war bis jetzt noch nie ein Problem in Ruhe arbeiten zu können.
Wir haben einen Putzplan, dessen Einhaltung für uns selbstverständlich ist.
We, that is Dakshina, Jeremias and I. Jeremias leaves us in August.
Dakshina is 24 and is studying chemistry for a master's degree. She likes to go for long night walks and likes to read. She comes from India and doesn't speak German very well, which is why communication within the flat share is mainly in English.
I (Jakob) am 24 and am studying math in the 2nd master's semester. I play the trombone with the orchestra of the Collegium Musicum Bonn, like to play badminton and have already tried out various sports at university sports. I'm also often available for board games of various kinds and I like to get to know new ones.
We are a quiet, open shared flat. From time to time we have a flat share evening where we eat, chat or play cards together. Otherwise, a nice, considerate interaction with each other is important to us. The working atmosphere in the flat share is very good, it has never been a problem to be able to work in peace.
We have a cleaning schedule that we take for granted.
