Zum 01.07. wird mein 14qm-Zimmer in unserer tollen WG im Herzen Endenichs frei. Sämtliche Möbel sollten gegen einen Abschlag idealerweise übernommen werden. Die Einrichtung besteht aus einem Doppelbett (inklusive Bettzeug), einem großen Kleiderschrank, einer Schlafcouch, einem Schreibtisch plus Regal, Schreibtischlampe, Schreibtischstuhl, Teppich und einem Papierkorb.
I’m moving out of Bonn at the end of June and my room becomes available in my WG in Endenich. The room is 14 sqm and I would like to sell all the existing furniture to the next tenant: queen-sized bed (including sheets and pillows), large wardrobe, sofa (turns into queen-sized bed too), desk+shelf, desk lamp, desk chair, standing lamp, rug, hamper and small bin.
Die Lage ist unschlagbar: Zu Fuß sind es zum Hbf nur ca 20 Minuten, mit dem Bus eta 5 (die Wohnung liegt direkt zwischen den Haltestellen Verdistraße für die Linien 608, 609, 610 und 611 und der Haltestelle Wiesenweg der Linien 604, 605, 606 und 607). Das Mathematikzentrum, die Bibliothek und die Pop-Mensa sind ebenfalls zu Fuß in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Ganz in der Nähe gibt es außerdem einen Netto, in der anderen Richtung einen Aldi, Lidl und Edeka.
Die Post, Sparkasse und diverse Biergärten und Restaurants befinden sich ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe.
The location is honestly fantastic: you can walk to Hauptbahnhof in 20 minutes, or take a bus for 5 minutes (we’re right between two stops for different lines, so you get a ton of options). The science campus of the university is 5 minutes away on foot, and you also have several restaurants and supermarkets within a 10-minute walk.
Bei den beiden Mitbewohnerinnen handelt es sich um zwei Mädels aus Italien, die super umgänglich und offen sind. Mit einer der beiden wirst Du gemeinsam Hauptmieter werden.
Die Wohnung besteht aus einem Tageslichtbad mit Wanne, einer großen, hellen und voll ausgestatteten Küche und einem geräumigen Wohnzimmer mit Balkon.
Im Keller gibt es eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner, die von der WG gemeinsam angeschafft wurden.
The apartment will be shared with two other people, but you and one of the others will sign a contract with the landlord agency and become main tenants. The shared areas are a nice and easy to clean bathroom, fully-equipped kitchen (including a pantry), living room and balcony. There is also a washing machine and dryer downstairs in the basement, where there is also a storage room for our apartment.
