Wir bieten ein kleines, aber helles Zimmer in unserer WG an. Schreibtisch, Regal und Kleiderschrank (Ikea-Möbel) wären vorhanden, müssen aber nicht übernommen werden. Gardinen & Vorhang ebenfalls vorhanden (austauschbar). Fotos stammen vom Einzug (leeres Zimmer) - die Wände sind alle weiß gestrichen.
Zur Wohnung insgesamt gehört eine große Küche (voll ausgestattet inkl. Spülmaschine) und ein mittelgroßes Bad (inkl. Badewanne). Eine Waschmaschine findet sich im Waschkeller - dort steht auch ein Trockner, der gegen Gebühr genutzt werden kann. Auf unserem Balkon gibt es Sitzmöglichkeiten und einige (essbare) Pflanzen. Zusätzlich gehört ein Kellerabteil zur Wohnung, in dem Platz für Krimskrams ist. Fahrräder können im Hinterhof sicher abgestellt werden. Parkplätze gibt es reichlich - zu Stoßzeiten kann die Parkplatzsuche mal schwieriger sein.
We are offering a small room in our flat. A desk, shelf and wardrobe (from Ikea) can be used but you can also choose to bring your own furniture. The photos show the empty room - the walls have been repainted white.
The flat includes a fully functional kitchen and a medium-sized bathroom (incl. bathtub). Our washing machine can be found in the laundry room (basement) as well as a communual dryer which can be used for a small fee. Our balcony offers space to sit and relax as well as a few plants (mostly herbs). We also have a separate room in the basement for storage. Bikes can be locked up safely in the yard. Parking spaces are available - during peak times it might be harder to get one.
Die Wohnung liegt zentral in Endenich. Der HBF ist zu Fuß in ca. 25 min erreichbar oder mit dem Bus in ca. 7 min. Die Linien 604 bis 611sowie 631 und 632 können alle genutzt werden und liegen max. 5 min. Fußweg entfernt. In direkter Nähe liegen diverse Supermärkte, Bäckereien, ein Tedi, das Fiddlers (Pub) und in ca. 10min Fußweg der Poppelsdorfer Platz inkl. Einkaufs- und Essensmöglichkeiten. Arztpraxen sind ebenfalls reichlich vorhanden sowie eine Postfiliale und ein copy shop.
The flat is located in Endenich (close to the city centre). The main station can be reached by bus in about 7 minutes or on foot in 25 min. The bus lines 604 to 611 as well as 631 and 632 can be used and stops are all within a five minute walk. A variety of supermarktes and restaurants can be found nearby as well as a post office, copy shop and doctors.

Wir wohnen seit Herbst 2019 gemeinsam in unserer WG. Dinge wie Kochen und Einkaufen erledigen wir häufig gemeinsam bzw. oft wird für die andere Person einfach mit gekocht - das ganze Regeln wir mit einer Haushaltskasse. Auch haben wir einige gemeinsame Hobbies (z.B. Mini-WG-Buchclub, Pen & Paper). Du bist herzlich eingeladen, an unseren Aktivitäten teilzuhaben - wir haben aber auch Verständnis dafür, wenn du deine Ruhe haben möchtest (wir verschwinden auch manchmal in unseren Zimmern, wenn's gerade in der Uni oder im Beruf stressig wird).
Wir sind eine Queer-freundliche WG und leben vegetarisch/vegan. Bei weiteren Fragen melde dich gerne. Auch können wir einen Besichtigungstermin vereinbaren (bei Bedarf auch per Video-Call).

We moved into the flat in 2019. We tend to do things like cooking and grocery shopping together or just make sure we cook plenty - we have a household budget for that. We also have some joined hobbies (bookclub, pen & paper). You are very welcome to take part in those activties but it's also perfectly ok if you would like to keep to yourself (we occasionally disappear in our rooms as well when life gets busy).
We are queer-friendly and vegetarian/vegan. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us. If you would like a tour of the flat, let us know (also possible via video call).
Die sonstigen Kosten beinhalten Strom, GEZ und Internet - die Gesamtkosten belaufen sich also auf 325 €.
The 62 € include electricty, TV taxes and internet - all in all the room would therefore cost 325 €.
