Hallo liebe WG-Suchende,
schweren Herzens werde ich mein tolles WG Zimmer in Friesdorf aufgeben. Das Zimmer hat ca. 27 qm und ist in einem einwandfreien Zustand. Die komplette Wohnung ist saniert, hat ein schönes Bad, eine tolle Küche, einen großen Flur und einen riesigen Balkon.
In den 580€ sind sämtliche Nebenkosten enthalten (natürlich auch inklusive Internet). Einen Stellplatz für Fahrräder haben wir im Innenhof. Parken ist vor dem Haus auch problemlos möglich.
Einziehen könntest du theoretisch ab sofort. Auch eine Übernahme der Möbel wäre kein Problem. Da wäre also alles verhandelbar :-)
Deine zwei zukünftigen Mitbewohnerinnen sind wundervolle Mädels, berufstätig, eher ruhig, aber immer für einen Wein oder ein Gespräch zu haben. Wir sind keine Zweck WG und berichten gern von dem was wir den Tag über so erlebt haben.
