Das Zimmer ist rechteckig und groß geschnitten mit 14m² und hat durch die Lage im 10. Stock einen tollen Ausblick ins grüne, direkt auf den Venusberg.
Die Küche ist sehr groß und zusätzlich zur Sitzecke mit Spülmaschine, Trockner und Waschmaschine ausgestattet, neben einem Backofen und Kühlschrank/Gefrierschrank.
Im Flur gibt es zusätzliche Stellmöglichkeiten und auch ein Kellerabteil gehört mit zur Wohnung.
Das Bad ist sehr modern und zwar nicht besonders groß, da man es allerdings eh nur alleine benutzt, völlig ausreichend und mit Badewanne auch sehr gut ausgestattet.
Das Zimmer wird untervermietet, dein Vertrag wird also unbefristet mit dem momentanen Hauptmieter geschlossen. Wenn du möchtest kannst du auch Hauptvermieter/in werden.

The room is rectangular shaped and has a size of 14m². Due to its position in the 10. floor the view is absolutely stunning, as the building is the only tall building in the area.
The kitchen is very big and has a seating area along with oven, dishwascher, washing machine and dryer as well as fridge/freezer.
The corridor offers additional storage place and the basement allows for bike or other storage.
The bathroom is very modern and even though not very big has enough place for storage and the bathtub offers additional comfort.
Friesdorf ist ein ruhiges Wohngebiet, weswegen es so gut wie keinen Straßenlärm gibt, erst recht nicht im 10. Stock.
Besonders für naturwissenschaftliche Studenten ist die Anbindung perfekt, da die 631 quasi direkt vor der Haustür und damit bis zur Nussallee fährt.
In die andere Richtung sind es ca. 5min zu Fuß bis zur S-Bahn Haltestelle wo die 16 und 63 abfahren, man also schnell zum Hauptbahnhof/Bad Godesberg kommt, die 66 ist nur eine Station entfernt, sodass man diese entweder in 10min zu Fuß oder eben mit der 16/63 schnell erreicht.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten beinhalten Lidl und Aldi/Netto (benachbart) jeweils 5min mit dem Rad, einen kleinen Edeka in der anderen Richtung mit 5min Radweg und einen großen Edeka ca. 10min mit dem Rad entfernt, der aber auch mit der 631 (Bushaltestelle vor der Tür) erreichbar ist.

Friesdorf is a very quiet area of living with mostly families or employees which means there is close to non-existant traffic noise. Especially for students studying natural sciences the connection is perfect since the 631 (which travels right up to Nussallee) leaves only 100m from the exit of the building.
The tram is 5min per foot with a connection to the lines 16 and 63, and the 66 being only one station away (meaning it can be reached by either 10min per foot or by traveling one station with the 16/63).
Shopping opportunites include Lidl and Aldi/Netto (which are neighbouring) and a small Edeka within 5min of biking distance and a big Edeka that can be reached by either 10min bike travel or with the 631.
Deine Mitbewohner wären eine Frau und einen Mann, eine 25 und einer 27 Jahre alt. Die Frau, Adrienn, ist eine Erzieherin und der Mann, Axel, arbeitet am Fraunhofer Institut.
Wir respektieren, dass jeder von uns seine Ruhe braucht, treffen uns aber auch mal gerne in der Küche, um entweder zusammen zu kochen oder einfach zu erzählen was gerade am Tag so los war.

Your flat mates would be a girl and a guy, one 25 and one 27. The girl, Adrienn, is a kindergarten teacher and the guy, Axel, works in Fraunhofer Institut.
We always respected that each of us needed their own time, but we also often meet in the kitchen to catch up or to cook together.
