WG-Haus sucht einen neuen Mitbeweohner

Das Haus ist in Bonn Gronau, liegt direkt an der Bahnstrecke zwischen Bonn und Koblenz und dementsprechend hört man in den Zimmern nach vorne raus auch die Züge vorbei fahren, ansonsten ist die Straße aber recht verkehrsberuhigt, es fahren eigentlich nur Anwohner vorbei und die Buslinien 610 und 611. Die Haltestelle Straßburger Weg ist praktisch direkt vor der Hautür,
keine 20 Meter !!! Man fällt also gefühlt aus der Tür in den Bus, und man hat ne super Anbindung an das Straßenbahnnetz - Haltestelle Heussalle/Museumsmeile der Straßenbahn 16/63/66 ist
keine 5 Minuten entfernt zu Fuß. Die Haltestelle Bonn UN Campus ist 3 Gehminuten entfernt. Mit dem Fahrrad sind es ca. 5-10 Minuten bis in die Innenstadt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig vorhanden - Kessenich City - Rewe und Lidl und diverse kleinere Läden, wie Postannahmestelle und Imbiss...
Kulturell sind wir sehr gut ausgestattet, direkt um die Ecke ist das Haus der Geschichte und die Bundeskunsthalle etc, einfach mal googeln. Und der Rheinpark ist zum ausgiebigen Joggen,
radeln etc nur 10 Lauf-Minuten entfernt.

We are culturally very well equipped, just around the corner is the House of History and the Bundeskunsthalle etc, just google. And the Rheinpark is great for jogging,
cycling etc just a 10-minute walk away.

Es handelt sich um eine Siebener-WG im Alter zwischen ca. 26 und 35 Jahren, du bist dann die 7te Person - deswegen solltest du den Kontakt zu Menschen nicht scheuen, jeder bringt sich auf
seine Art ein und wir haben ein Wohnzimmer gemeinsam eingerichtet, welches wir gerne mal am Wochenende zum gemeinsamen Essen/Film schauen nutzen.
Wir legen sehr viel Wert auf Gemeinschaft und freuen uns auf eine/n aufgeschlosse/nen, neue/n Mitbewohner/in. Wir sind keine Zweck-WG, sondern ein bunter Haufen an berufstätigen und
studierenden Leuten, die alle ihr eigenes Leben führen aber ihren Wohnort als Zuhause empfinden.
Das Zusammenleben ist erleichtert durch jahrelang erprobte Putzpläne und Aufgabenbereiche, außerdem ist jeder Mitbewohner eingeladen, sich durch Ideen am Erhalt und der Verschönerung
des Hauses und des Gartens zu beteiligen. Da das Haus schon etwas älter ist und es auch manches zu tun gibt, nicht nur im Garten, freuen wir uns auf jemanden der gerne auch mal Verantwortung übernimmt.

Community is really important for us and we look forward to an open-minded, new roommate. We are not a ''must be'' flat-sharing community, but a colorful bunch of working and
student people who all live their own lives but feel their place of residence as their home.
Living together is made easier by cleaning plans and tasks that have been tried and tested over many years, and every flatmate is invited to find out about the preservation and beautification
of the house and the garden. Since the house is a bit older and there are also some things to do, not just in the garden, we look forward to someone who would like to take on responsibility.

3-Wir wissen das wir junge Menschen in diesen modernen Zeiten oftmals arbeits- und/oder studienbedingt ortswechseln unterworfen sind, und freuen uns über weltenoffene Mitbewohner, falls
du aber nur eine Bleibe suchst für ein paar Monate, dann sei gesagt, dass wir Eine/Einen suchen, der sich etwas länger bei uns wohlfühlen möchte =)



PS: 1-You shouldn't be afraid of dogs because there is a nice one living among us.
2-The move-in date is actually flexible between April 1 and 15.
