The room is 16m2, very luminous, warm and cozy. It is possible to be taken over with a bed and a small closet if you need it.
The flat is located on the second floor of a building comprising mainly “praxis”. There is a lift, a basement and a bike room.
The flat is 116m2 and has in total 4 bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher, washing machine and two fridges) and two bathrooms.
The flat in the beautiful Südstadt district, only a 10-15 minute walk away from the Hauptbahnof. The closest tram station is Bundesrechnungshof, 5 Minutes by foot. Within walking distance you will find bars, restaurants and a bakery. REWE and Netto are a 10 minute walk away, while the city center is about 15 minutes far.
After more than a year I'm moving out of this wonderful WG and my room is free for you to move in!
A few words about our WG life: It is not a Zweck-WG, we all enjoy good food, good wine and each other’s company :D The atmosphere in our WG is nice and relaxed. Every now and then we like to organize WG dinners, play games or watch something together. The apartment is big, so it is possible to have our own private time when needed. Our "WG-language" is English.
Your flatmates would be Matteo (30, Italian graphic designer), Pratiksha (28, Indian Dentist) and Simon (25, German sommelier).
For the new addition to our WG we would like someone who is easy-going, clean and who already has WG experience.

The deposit is 600€ and the rent (internet, electricity, rent), all included, is 291,12€.
Please note that we recently bought a new fridge and a wash machine and would like to ask the tenant to pay a contribution of 100€ for these.
