The apartment is on the first floor with high ceiling and floorboard. The bathroom and kitchen are fully furnished (no dishwasher). There is a basement that can be used for bike storage and an extra laundry room.
It consists of 3 bedrooms. 2 of which are available for rent from March. Both rooms face Reuterstrasse and there is plenty of light coming through a large triple-glass window.
Small room:
Cold rent = 350EUR.
The room is about 18m2 and the furniture (1desk, 1chair, 1wardrobe, 1mirror, 1shelf and a relaxing chair) shall be taken over for 50 EUR.
Big room:
Cold rent = 400EUR.
The room is 22m2 and the furniture (1 bed, 1desk, 1wardrobe, 1 drawer) can be passed to the next tenant for 30 EUR.
The rent does not include bills. The utility cost is 110EUR, and includes gas, internet, and the Rundfunkbeitrag (it got more expensive in the last months due to the energy crisis).
The landlord also requires a one-time 200 € for the maintenance of the kitchen and the bathroom upon moving in.
The apartment is on the border between Südstadt and Kessenich. The closest tram station is 1 min walking (Rittershausstr., tram 61 and 62). The bus stop in Arndtstr. is 7 minutes walking ( bus lines 611 and 610 ).
The Rhine is 1 km away from the flat which is ideal for a walk/run. Moreover, there is a small park just in front of the building.
There are many supermarkets in the area (Netto, Rewe, DM, Edeka), coffee shops, restaurants, pharmacies.
The university areas close to the ULB library and the Poppelsdorf Campus are the same distance from the apartment (15 minutes walking).
The area of Bonn Gronau, hosting thePosttower, Deutsche Welle and the UN buildings is 20 mins walking distance.
The city center and the Hbf are 5 min by tram and 15 min on foot.
Aroma is 22 years old, from India. She is pursuing masters in Media Informatics and is currently taking classes at the University of Bonn. She has been in the city for 2 months and still in the exploring stage so she love to visit new cafes and restaurants. She also likes to read books and watch shows in her free time. She also enjoy cooking these days and would love to share Indian food sometime.
Since English is the main language in the flat, you should at least be willing to communicate in English.
