Dear potential roommate (for english description please read down below),
wir haben ein schönes, ruhiges ca 10 m² großes möbliertes Zimmer in Bonn Ippendorf anzubieten.
Das Zimmer verfügt über ein Bett, Schrank, Tisch, Fernseher. Eine separates Badezimmer ist auf dem Flur mit Dusche, Bad, Toilette.
Ausgestattet ist das Haus mit freiem WLAN, Spülmaschine, Herd, Mikrowelle, Waschmaschine (gegen Gebühr).
Ein Balkon zum Entspannen steht zur Verfügung.
Ein PKW Parkplatz vor dem Haus ist verfügbar und kann für einen monatlichen Abschlag für 30€ dazugemietet werden.
Das Zimmer wird alle zwei Wochen geputzt und Bezüge zum Wechseln bereitgestellt.
Die Kaution wird bei Einzug fällig. Die Miete wird immer zum ersten den Monats gezahlt.

We have a nice, calm furnished 10 m² room in Bonn Ippendorf to offer.
You will find a bed, desk, cupboard, TV.
A separate bathroom is on the floor with shower and bathtub.
The House is equipped with free Wifi, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven, hot plates.
Terrace is available as well as a parking lot in front of the apartment. The parking lot can be included in the rent for an additional 30 € per month.
The room ist cleaned every second weeks and fresh bed linen provided for changing.
A deposit ist required before moving in. Rent has to be paid on the first of the month.

Zwei Busse (602 & 603) fahren nach Ippendorf und während den Stoßzeiten alle 10 Minuten. Bis zum Bonner Bahnhof braucht der Bus ca. 15 Miniuten. Nach Poppelsdorf nur 6 Minute. Der Nachtbus hält auch in Ippendorf. Die Haltestelle ist ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Haus entfernt.
Two busses are going to Ippendorf (602 & 603) every ten minutes during day time. The bus needs about 15 minutes to Bonn main station. Also the nightbus stops at Ippendorf. The next bus stop ist about ten minutes walk distance from the house.
In Ippendorf gibt es in ca. 10 Minuten vom Haus einen großen Edeka mit Bäckerei (auch Sonntags offen), Rossmann, Sparkasse, Friseur, Kleiderreinigung.
You can find a big supermarket (Edeka), drugstore (Rossmann), bank (Sparkasse), hair dresser and a laundry in walking distance about ten minutes from the house.
