Das Zimmer ist voll möbliert mit einem Bett, Schreibtisch, Schrank und Regalen. Die Küche bietet einen Backofen, Herd und Kühlschrank sowie ausreichend Stauraum. Außerdem ist eine Waschmaschine vorhanden.
Das kleine aber feine Badezimmer ist mit Dusche, WC, etc. ausgestattet.
Durch
die großen Fenster ist das Zimmer schön hell und wirkt sehr geräumig.
Die Wohnung liegt am Karthäuserplatz und ist somit sehr zentral.
Es ist eine ideale Anbindung an den ÖPNV gegeben. Bars, Restaurants, Supermärkte etc. liegen ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Nach Abschluss meines Master-Studiums verlasse ich nun leider meine sehr unterhaltsame WG und diese aufregende Stadt. Deine potentielle neue Mitbewohnerin studiert ebenfalls, ist sehr unkompliziert und zugleich gespannt welche neue Mitbewohnerin bzw. Mitbewohner mein/e Nachfolger/in wird.
Die Wohnung wird möbliert übergeben.
Es fallen keine weiteren Kosten an, da diese bereits in der Warmmiete enthalten sind.
