The room (18 m²) is located on the top floor of our 4 stories flat. It features a laminated floor and windows on two sides of the room. The room has a lot of light and is quiet, since you don’t share the floor with other flatmates. It comes with a private bathroon (shower, toilet, sink). The bathroom also has a window. The room comes unfurnished.
Public transport: 3 minutes by foot to Pützstraße (tram 61,62), 2 minutes from Markusplatz (bus 631), 10 minutes from Bonn UN-Campus (train station)
Groceries etc.: DM, Rewe, pharmacy, post office, bakeries (5), falafel/kebab place, ice cream parlor, cafe, kiosk, banks (Volksbank, Sparkasse) all 3 minutes by foot, Lidl 5 minutes.
It is 8 minutes by bike to the city centre.
We are an international flat of seven people where there is always something going on. We are all working already, some of us just started other have been for couple years. But we are also open to students. We like to do many things together such as sports, cooking, game or film nights, partying or just hanging out. Thanks to the multi-level layout, the large living room and the beautiful balcony, anyone can find some piece and quiet if needed. We are looking for someone who wants to be an active part of our flat.
We'd appreciate it, if you send us a personal message in which you tell us a bit about yourself and how you’d like to live in a shared flat. We are very open-minded, so just be honest in your message. After waiting for some messages to come in and selecting whatever people we think may fit best, we invite you (hopefully) so we can get to know each other, and of course you will get a tour of this wonderful flat (online also possible). If you have any other questions, feel free to ask them directly or after we have invited you.
