The flat is the last floor and the mansard of a house, 145m2. It has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a furnished kitchen, a big living room, a balcony.
We are looking for a tenant for the big room in the mansard. The room is ~25,40 m2. There is a bathroom in the mansard. It's rented unfurnished.
The house is 50 meters from the bus stop (buses every 10-15 minutes). Close to the Messdorfer Feld, close to a local farmer selling eggs and vegetables. Other shops are at a distance of 5 to 10 minutes by bike.
We are Karolina, Jan (both29) and Carlos (32). We are uncomplicated people, from outside Germany, making a life in Bonn. When not busy, we like to share a meal, a drink or a chat.
