Hallo zusammen,
Unsere entspannte WG am Stadtrand ab Mai 2023 eine/n neue/n Mitbewohner/in zur Zwischenmiete für 2 Monate.
Über das Zimmer:
Wir suchen jemanden für eines der beiden Zimmer im ersten Stock. Das Zimmer ist ca. 16 Quadratmeter groß, hat ein Fenster nach Osten und eine grosse Terrasse nach Norden mit Blick auf den Garten hinter dem Haus. Ihr könnt es auf den Bildern sehen. Das Zimmer ist möbliert mit einem Einzelbett, einem Sessel, einem Schreibtisch, einem Stuhl, Vorhängen und einem Kleiderschrank.
Über die Wohnung:
Sie besteht aus dem ersten Stock und dem Dachgeschoss eines 1987 erbauten Hauses mit einer Gesamtfläche von 145 m2. Im ersten Stock befinden sich 2 Schlafzimmer, ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne, eine große voll ausgestattete Küche mit 2 Kühlschränke und ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer ( >30 m2) mit Sofas für 10 Personen ;-), ein großer gemeinsamer Schreibtisch und eine riesige Terrasse nach Süden. Im Dachgeschoss befinden sich 2 Schlafzimmer und ein weiteres Badezimmer mit Dusche. Wir haben auch etwas Platz im Keller des Hauses, wo man ein Fahrrad abstellen kann, und wir haben eine Waschmaschine im Waschraum des Kellers.
Im Souterrain und im Erdgeschoss des Hauses befinden sich zwei weitere Wohnungen unserer Nachbarn, die von unserer Wohnung getrennt sind und mit unterschiedlichen Schlüsseln geöffnet werden.
Die Gesamtmiete beträgt 455 Euro pro Monat - alles inklusive ;)

Hello there,
We are looking for a temporary flatmate in our shared house at the west side of Bonn for May and June.
About the flat:
It consists of the first floor and the attic of a house built in 1987, with a total of 145 m2. The first floor has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, a big fully-furnished kitchen and a spacious living room ( >30 m2) with couches for more than 10 people ;-), a large common desktop and a huge terrace facing south. The attic holds 2 bedrooms and another bathroom. We also have some space in the cellar of the house, where you can park a bicycle, and we have a washing machine.
In the sousterrain and the ground floor of the house there are two other flats, belonging to our neighbours, which are separated from our place and open with different keys.
Your room is ion the first floor with its own terrace and the window overlooks a garden. It is fully furnished (bed, desk, chair, wardrobe) and is waiting for you.
The rent is 455 euros per month, and it includes all costs.

Das Haus befindet sich in der Gielsdorfer Straße 18, Bonn (Lessenich). Es ist etwa 200 Meter von der Bushaltestelle entfernt, wobei die Busse alle 10-15 Minuten ins Zentrum von Bonn fahren (die Fahrt dauert etwa 20 Minuten). Die Wohnung liegt direkt neben dem Meßdorfer Feld, ideal für einen morgendliche Runde joggen, einen Spaziergang oder eine Fahrradtour (zum Spaß oder auf dem Weg zur Arbeit/Universität). Wie die meisten Dinge in Bonn ist sie mit dem Fahrrad bequem vom Zentrum aus zu erreichen. Geschäfte sind nur 15 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt (Aldi, Edeka).

The house is in Gielsdorfer Straße 18, Bonn (Lessenich). It is some 200 meters from the bus stop, with buses going to the center of Bonn every 10-15 minutes (the trip takes around 20 minutes). The flat is next to the Meßdorfer Feld, perfect for a morning run, a walk or a bicycle ride (for fun, or while going to work/university). As most things in Bonn, it is at a comfortable bicycle distance from the center. Shops are only 15 minutes away by walking (Aldi, Edeka).
Wir sind eine gemütliche internationale WG in einem sehr schönen Haus in Lessenich, direkt am Rande des Meßdorfer Feldes, umgeben von viel Natur, tollen Nachbarn und einer Eselfarm. Wir sind alle eher unkomplizierte, aber ordentliche Leute. Wir möchten, dass die WG eine einladende, entspannte Umgebung mit einem gewissen Gemeinschaftsgefühl ist, wobei natürlich die Privatsphäre und der persönliche Raum und die Zeit eines jeden respektiert werden. Die Küche und das Wohnzimmer sollten uns viel offenen, gemeinsamen Platz und Gelegenheiten bieten, um zu kochen, gemeinsam zu essen, eine Tasse Tee oder Kaffee oder ein anderes Getränk zu trinken und entspannte Gespräche zu führen, einen Film zu sehen oder eine Party zu feiern.

We are a cozy international WG in a very nice house in Lessenich, just at the edge of the Meßdorfer Feld, surrounded by plenty of nature, awesome neighbours and a donkey farm. We are all rather uncomplicated yet tidy people. We would like the WG to be a welcoming, relaxed environment, with some sense of fellowship, while of course respecting everyone's privacy and personal space and time. The kitchen and living room should allow us to have plenty of open, common space and occasions to cook, share a meal, a nice cup of tea or coffee or other beverage and have some chats, watch a movie or have a party.
