Das Zimmer werde ich von Februar bis Ende Juni nicht benötigen. Erasmus-/Austauschstudenten, Studenten die für die ersten Monate eine Bleibe brauchen oder Praktikanten die für einige Monate in Bonn sind fände ich die perfekten Kandidaten für dieses Zimmer.
Das Zimmer ist knapp 16 Quadratmeter groß, liegt in einer Erdgeschoss-Wohnung und blickt auf den Hinterhof hinaus. Da ich nur für einige Monate ausziehen werde, lohnt es sich glaube ich nicht alle Möbel rauszuschaffen, sie einzulagern und den Prozess ein paar Monate später direkt wieder rückgängig zu machen. Daher werden Schränke, Schreibtisch, Bett und ein kleines Sofa im Zimmer bleiben. Ob kleinere Möbel (bspw. IKEA-Sessel) auch da bleiben sollen, können wir gerne besprechen, da bin ich flexibel.

The room will be available from February till the end of June. Erasmus/exchange students, students looking for a first place while arriving in Bonn and people doing an internship in town for a few months are perfect candidates.
The room is roughly 16 square meters in size, at street level and at the back of the house, facing away from the street. Since I am only leaving for a few months, I will leave most furniture pieces (bed, desk, shelves, etc.) for you to use.

Die Wohnung liegt direkt an der Grenze zur Bonner Altstadt mit ihrer riesigen Zahl an Bars und Restaurants. Das Stadthaus, wo du garantiert irgendwann zum Amt musst, ist zu Fuß ca. 10 Minuten entfernt, Straßenbahn und S-Bahn und Hauptbahnhof sind ebenfalls in 10 Minuten zu erreichen, Busse fahren in ca. 50m Entfenung ab (gegenüber von der Polizeiwache). Wenn du frisches Gemüse direkt vom Bauern kaufen willst kannst du den Markt in 10-15 Minuten erreichen. Das Universitäts-Hauptgebäude liegt 15 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.

The building is located at the edge of the old part of town with its bars and restaurants. City Hall, were you will surely have to go at some point for some administrative issues, is just 10 minutes away by foot. The train station is also 10 minutes away and the closest bus stop is ca. 50 meters away, by the police station. Walking distance to reach the market: 10-15 minutes, to reach the University's main building: 15 minutes.

In der WG wohnen wir zu dritt. Deine beiden Mitbewohner werden ein 27-jähriger Student und ein berufstätiger 42-Jähriger sein. Die WG ist auf keinen Fall eine Zweck-WG, wir wollen oft Sachen gemeinsam machen, sei es gemeinsam zum Sport zu gehen, abends unsere schöne Terrasse zu nutzen oder in der angrenzenden Altstadt etwas zu unternehmen.

Three people live in this flat. The other two are a 42-year-old working at the UN and a 27-year-old student. We really want someone who likes to do stuff from time to time with his/her flatmates (going out together, doing sports, enjoying our beautiful terrace with in the evenings, etc.).
