Looking for a tenant who can move in before August :))
The room is 16 qm, and has 2 windows facing the neighborhood so it's very bright during the day.
The double bed, white drawer for clothes, and standing rack, bedside table are included in the fee for existing furniture(100 Euro).
The bathroom has a bathtub and washing machine. An extra toilet is also available.
Bonn west station is 3 minutes away on foot. You can get to the Bonn hbf in 15 mins by walk as well. Bus stop where you can take 602 going to the city center is also 2 mins away.
Penny, and Edeka are the closest grocery stores, which you can reach in 6-7 mins on foot. To the REWE at the Friedensplatz it takes 13 mins.
Altstadt is also in neighborhood, where you can find a lot of nice bars and cafes.
The flat is located on the first floor.
We do not have specific cleaning plan, but we do voluntarily keep every space clean.
You will have two other flatmates, Buki and Sasha. They are at the moment finishing up the master's degree in Biology. They are open-minded, and caring, love to have a talk from time to time.
We sometimes go on a walk together or have a little picnic to the park for sunbathing, and beer or pizza.
Buki, originally from Albania, lived and studied in the Canada and USA for a long time. And Sasha from Ukraine also lived in the USA. They both have been studying in Germany for 6-7 years by now. The internationals of english speakers are also welcomed!
