The residence is a charming house of 200 sqm, renovated, with garden and terrace.
Room 1:
A nice room of 15 sqm, located on the second floor with a view to the street. Kitchen is shared with 3 more rooms. The bathroom on the ground floor is shared with one more room.
The room is equipped with a double bed of 140x200cm, closet, desk, bedside table, and everything you see at the pictures.
The house has:
- 4 bedrooms,
- 3 bathrooms,
- Kitchen,
- Laundry,
- nice garden, and a
- terrace.
The rooms and the house are fully equipped and decorated with everything you need. Much of the furniture is new so that you can simply arrive with your suitcases and live in Bonn for a season in one of the most beautiful areas of the city.
Rent includes:
Design house and fully equipped, contract, bedding, register, heating, electricity, chimney sweep, warm / cold water, property tax of the city of Bonn, garbage fees, Rundfunkbeitrag (TV tax), flat rate for internet via wireless LAN (WLAN) and management and maintenance services.

Altstadt (old town) is a residential area known for its bars, cafés, and summer events. It is right next to the city centre with its public transport, shops, and restaurants.

- 1 km to the University of Bonn (main builduing).
