Du würdest ein geräumiges Zimmer haben, welches zur Zeit unmöbliert ist. (Ich könnte aber auf Wunsch die gängigen Sachen wie Bett usw. hineinstellen )
Vor Deinem Zimmer ist ein kurzer (1m) aber sehr breiter (6m oder so) Balkon.
Die WG ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht und ein neues Bad mit einem riesigem, äusserst verzerrungsfreiem, Spezialspiegel haben wir natürlich auch.
Das Wohnzimmer und mein Zimmer teilen sich noch einen weiteren Balkon, der gut sonnig ist.
Poppelsdorf ist eine prima Wohngegend, ruhig und sicher. Man hat eine sexy Anbindung mit dem Bus zum Bahnhof und dem Venusberg (Uniklinken). Zu Fuß sind es ca. 14 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof, falls man gerne/langsam läuft. Mit dem Rad sind es nur ca. 5 Minuten, der Bus braucht 8.
In 4 Minuten ist man Poppelsdorfer Platz, dort gibt es nen Discounter und einen Edeka, sowie Bäckereien und sowas.
Ich selbst bin 32 und gerade in den Endzügen meines Masters (Kommunikationssysteme). Vorher habe ich Medientechnik studiert und bin ausgebildeter "Gestalter".
Ich koche gerne umständliche Sachen (finde aber selten Zeit dafür).
Gerne trinke ich mit Dir, falls Du Hilfe brauchst.

Du solltest einfach ganz normal sein, oder ganz speziell (Kannste Dir aussuchen).
