Vermietet wird 1 Zimmer (ca. 15 m²) sowie die Mitbenutzung an Küche und Bad (insgesamt ca. 24 m²).
Mitbewohner bin nicht ich (wohne eine Etage tiefer), sondern ein netter Medizinstudent.
Kaltmiete: 220 € zzgl. Betriebskosten 57 €.
Bezugsfrei ab Anfang / Mitte September.
Anfragen bitte an mich, da mich der Vermieter um Hilfe bei der Nachmietersuche gebeten hat.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in Poppelsdorf, mit direkter Nähe zum Poppdorfer Schloss. Innerhalb weniger Minuten ist man mit dem Auto auf der Autobahn. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man in 10 Minuten in der Innenstadt, öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls in kurzer Zeit erreichbar.
Die Uni ist mit dem Fahrrad auch nur in 5-10 Minuten erreichbar.
