The 2-room shared apartment is on the 2nd floor of the building. Apartment has 1 room available which is east-facing and is partitioned into a living room and a bedroom. The room is available from March (Date is not fixed yet).
The rent is 260 Euros (180 Kaltmiete + 80 Water and heating costs). The electricity (~50), internet bill(~25) and GEZ bill have to be paid separately.
The room is originally offered unfurnished. However, the furniture has to be taken over by paying a fair amount(Ablösevereinbarung). It includes: A fancy double bed with mattress, Wardrobe, Sofa with cushions and cover, couch table, big writing table with chair, two extra mattresses and curtains. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, oven, toaster and sandwich maker. It also has sufficient crockery and some utensils available.
The basement of the building has washing machine and dryer which are accessible free of cost.
The apartment is located 950 m away (10 minutes walking) from the Bonn Central Station in the heart of Poppelsdorf. The nearest bus station is at 3 minutes of walking distance.
The apartment is right in front of a big park if you are fond of jogging near to Poppelsdorfer Schloss.
Edeka supermarkt is just 90 m away. Rewe is 550 m away. Netto is 950 m away.
My flatmate Arjay, is from Philippines. He is very friendly.
The building has a very quite atmosphere. However, nobody complains if you are fond of listening to music or watching movies on a speaker or even if you use noisy equipment like a mixer or grinder.
Ideally a new tenant with no pets is preferred. We expect a new tenant with kind and understanding nature.
