Da ich aus meiner schönen WG ausziehe, suche ich ab April 1st eine*n Nachmieter*in für mein Zimmer.
Das freiwerdende Zimmer ist 21m² groß und zum ruhigen Garten hin gelegen. Unser Badezimmer mit Fenster verfügt über eine Badewanne mit Duscheinsatz. Unsere Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit genügend Arbeitsflächen, Backofen, Mikrowelle und anderen Küchengeräten. Unser Flur ist zugleich Wohn- und Esszimmer. Zu der Wohnung gehören ein Fahrradständer, ein abschließbares Kellerabteil sowie eine Waschküche.
Im Prinzip ist das Zimmer unmöbliert vermietet, aber einige der Sachen könnten verhandelt werden.

Since I am moving out of my beautiful flatshare, I am looking for a new tenant for my room from April 1st.
The vacant room is 21m² in size and faces the quiet garden. Our bathroom with a window has a bathtub with shower. Our kitchen is fully equipped (oven, microwave, and other kitchen appliances) and with enough space for cooking sessions. Our hallway is both a living and a dining room. The apartment includes a bike rack, a lockable cellar compartment, and a laundry room.
In principle, the room is rented unfurnished, but some of the things could be negotiated.
Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral am Rande der Altstadt gelegen. Sie befindet sich in der Kölnstraße, circa Höhe Adolfstraße. Du bist fußläufig circa 3 Minuten von der Haltestelle der Straßenbahnlinie 61 und dem Bus 632 sowie den Bussen 600 und 601 entfernt, die mindestens alle 10 Minuten zum Bonner HBF bzw. Richtung Innenstadt oder Beuel fahren. Mit dem Fahrrad sind es weniger als 5 Minuten zum Bertha-von-Suttner-Platz. Auf der Straße gibt es viele verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Aldi, Netto, Rewe, türkischer Supermarkt, ...) in direkter Nähe zu unserer Wohnung. In der Altstadt laden Kneipen und Cafés sowie im Frühling wunderschöne, von Kirschblüten gesäumte Alleen zum Verweilen ein.

The apartment is very centrally located on the edge of the old town. It is located in Kölnstraße, around Adolfstraße. You are within walking distance of about 3 minutes from the tram line 61 and bus 632 as well as buses 600 and 601, which run at least every 10 minutes to Bonn main station or towards the city center or Beuel. It is less than 5 minutes by bike to Bertha-von-Suttner-Platz. There are many different shops on the street (Aldi, Netto, Rewe, Turkish supermarket, ...) in the immediate vicinity of our apartment. In the old town, pubs and cafés, as well as beautiful streets lined with cherry blossoms!
Kathie (25, Studentin) und Léa (26, berufstätig) freuen sich über eine*n Mitbewohner*in, der*die an einem ungezwungenen Miteinander interessiert ist. Wir sind keine reine Zweck-WG und legen Wert darauf, dass jede*r im Haushalt und im restlichen WG-Leben dazu beiträgt, dass alle sich zuhause- und wohlfühlen können. :)
