Auch typisch für die Südstadt ist der Stuck an der Decke und der knarzende Holzboden.
Ausgestattet ist das Zimmer für die befristete Zeit mit einem Lattenrost und einer Matratze, einem Sessel, Kleiderstange, Kommode und Bistrotisch und -stühlen, was das angenehme Wohnen ohne weiteres Möbelkaufen möglich macht. Das Zimmer ist für Nichtraucher*innen geeignet.

As part of a three-person shared flat with mixed genders, the atmosphere is characterized by tolerance, openness and respect. The communal kitchen is often used for spontaneous conversations and occasional evenings together, which happen quite regularily despite the different everyday lives of the residents. There is almost never meat or fish in the fridge. Additional facilities include a dishwasher and a washing machine. The shared flat is not reduced to its purpose only. Everyday errands for the shared flat and cleaning of the common areas are pragmatically regulated among us.
Das Zimmer steht vom 1.10.2023 bis zum 31.12.2023 zur Verfügung. Die Miete beträgt 620 € inkl. Nebenkosten, die direkt auf das WG-Konto überwiesen werden. Es wird zudem eine Kaution an den Hauptmieter von 950€ vereinbart werden. Außerdem ist gegenüber dem Vermieter ein Gehaltsnachweis und/oder ggf. Bürgschaft der Eltern notwendig.
