Ich suche einen Nachmieter für mein schönes Altbauzimmer in einer 3er WG in der Weberstraße.
Das Zimmer befindet sich in einem denkmalgeschützten Gründerzeithaus in der schönen Südstadt, ist mit Fischgrätparkett ausgelegt, hat 4m hohe Decken und schönen Stuck an der Decke. Das Zimmer ist 28 Quadratmeter groß und hat einen großen Balkon mit Blick auf den privaten Garten. Das Zimmer hat die für Altbauten typischen hohen Decken mit schönem Stuck und großen Fenstern, die das Zimmer trotz seiner Nordausrichtung sehr hell machen. Obwohl das Haus auf den Schienen liegt, hat es schalldichte Fenster, die eine ausgezeichnete Abdichtung bieten.
Die Küche ist groß und hell mit viel Stauraum und einer gemütlichen Sitzecke, in der wir schon viele entspannte Gemeinschafts-/Hauskochabende in verschiedenen Kombinationen verbracht haben. Die Einbauküche ist mit einem Herd, Backofen, Geschirrspüler und Kühlschrank mit dem Nötigsten und mehr ausgestattet. Es gibt ein Bad und ein Gäste-WC, einen Keller mit Waschküche und Zugang zum großen Gemeinschaftsgarten. Seit letztem Jahr hat sich die Gartenarbeit zu einer schönen (freiwilligen!) Gemeinschaftsaktivität einiger Leute aus den drei Wohngemeinschaften im Haus entwickelt, z.B. an einem Weidenzaun, Lagerfeuerplatz, Himbeeren, Tomaten, Holunder. So bietet der Garten viel Platz, um die Sonne und den Sommer zu genießen :)

I am looking for a new tenant for my beautiful old building room in a 3-person shared flat on Weberstrasse.
The room is located in a monument-protected Wilhelminian style house in the beautiful southern part of the city, is designed with herringbone parquet, has 4m high ceilings and beautiful stucco on the ceiling. The room is 28 square meters with a large balcony overlooking the private garden. The room has the high ceilings typical of old buildings with beautiful stucco and large windows, which make the room very bright despite its north orientation. Although the house is on the tracks, it has soundproof windows that provide excellent sealing.
The kitchen is large and bright with plenty of storage space and a cozy sitting area, where we have already spent relaxed shared/house cooking evenings in various combinations. The fitted kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, dishwasher and refrigerator with the essentials and more. There is a bathroom and guest toilet, a basement with laundry room and access to the large communal garden. Since last year, gardening has turned out to be a nice (voluntary!) joint activity of some people from the three flat shares in the house, eg on a willow fence, campfire site, raspberries, tomatoes, elderberry. So the garden offers a lot of space to enjoy the sun and the summer :)
*Rewe ist in 5 Min., Bushaltestelle in 2 Min., Straßenbahn in 5 Min., Rhein in 6 Min. und Bonn HbF in 10 Min. zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Die Lage ist in der schönen und lebendigen Südstadt und damit sehr zentral, mit vielen Supermärkten in der Nähe und guter Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr (der Bus ist 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, die Straßenbahn ca. 5 Minuten und der Bonner Hauptbahnhof / Innenstadt 10 Minuten zu Fuß). Zum Rhein und dem Rheinradweg sind es nur 5 Minuten, in Richtung Kottenforst ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Das Haus befindet sich am Bahnübergang Weberstraße. In der Nähe der WG gibt es einige kleine freundliche Geschäfte, tolle Restaurants, gemütliche Cafés und Kneipen, 3 Minuten von hier befindet sich auch der Rheinpavillon, eine nette Bar/Café direkt am Wasser.

The location is in the beautiful and lively Südstadt and therefore very central, with many supermarkets nearby and good connections to public transport (the bus is a 2-minute walk away, the tram about 5 minutes and the Bonn main station /city center 10 minutes away Foot). It is only 5 minutes to the Rhine and the cycle route along the Rhine, and about 15 minutes on foot in the direction of Kottenforst. The house is at the Weberstrasse level crossing. In the vicinity of the WG there are some small friendly shops, great restaurants, cozy cafés and pubs, 3 minutes from here there is also the Rheinpavillon, a nice bar/café right on the water.
Die Vermieter und wir wünschen uns jemanden, der plant, mindestens ein Jahr in Bonn zu bleiben. Als formale Voraussetzung verlangt der Vermieter entweder eine elterliche Bürgschaft oder einen Gehaltsnachweis.
Ich würde ein paar meiner Möbel in dem Zimmer lassen, z.B. ein grosses Regal, am besten sprechen wir vor Ort nochmal was du gebrauchen kannst.
Wenn du dich angesprochen fühlst, würden wir uns freuen, dich in den nächsten Tagen persönlich oder per Zoom kennen zu lernen.

The landlords and we would like someone who plans to stay in Bonn for at least a year. As a formal requirement, the landlord requires either a parental guarantee or proof of salary.
I would like to leave some furniture behind but that is not mandatory. Then we can talk again about which takeover would make sense for you.

Du wirst dir die Wohnung mit Moritz und Anabell teilen. Die WG ist extrem freundlich, es wird viel gelacht und sich gut unterhalten.
Moritz (21) arbeitet in einem Fahrrad-Startup und verwaltet die Liquidität des Unternehmens. Außerdem lackiert und verschönert er Fahrräder.
Anabel (21) studiert Geographie an der Uni Bonn. In ihrer Freizeit spielt sie gerne Feldhockey und treibt Sport. Sie sitzt gerne zu gemeinsamen Spiele oder Koch Abenden und steuert gerne mit selbstgebackenem dabei zu. . Sie ist ein einfühlsamer Mensch und eine gute Zuhörerin.

You will be sharing the space with Moritz and Anabella. The WG is extremely friendly with lots of laughter and great conversation.
Moritz (21) works in a bike startup and manages the liquidity of the company. He also paints and beautifies bikes. You might often hear him play his harpsichord which I think is his calling. Also, you may get the opportunity to eat his handmade bread and pasta.
Anabel (21) studies Geography at Uni Bonn. In her free time, she likes to play field hockey and to workout. From time to time, you might get to enjoy her baked cakes. She is an empathetic person and a good listener.
