Da ich Bonn für ein Praktikum in Berlin verlassen werde, gebe ich (Dominik, 24) mein WG-Zimmer für knapp Drei Monate auf. Das Zimmer ist in der obersten Etage des Hauses direkt neben der Toilette. Das Zimmer selbst ist etwa 16m² groß. Ein paar Einrichtungsgegenstände von mir können gerne benutzt werden, ansonsten würde ich die nicht erwünschten Sachen wegräumen :)
In der ganzen WG sind Holzdielen verlegt, nur in der Küche haben wir einen anderen Boden herübergelegt. Die WG befindet sich im Dachgeschoss, d.h. an richtig heißen Sommertagen kann es ziemlich warm werden.
Das Haus ist ein Altbau, der nicht in allerbestem Zustand ist. Dennoch lässt es sich hier gemütlich und eben auch günstig(!) wohnen. Größter Nachteil der Wohnung ist, dass sie im 3. OG liegt und wir auf unserer Etage zwar eine Toilette, aber keine eigene Dusche haben. Im Keller gibt es eine Dusche, die (nur) wir benutzen. Die anderen Wohnungen, die keine WGs sind, haben eigene Duschen. Die Dusche im Keller ist zwar etwas nervig, aber man kann sich daran gewöhnen. Zusätzlich gibt es auf jedem Zimmer ein Waschbecken. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, wir haben allerdings keine Spülmaschine. Im Keller gibt es weiterhin eine Waschmaschine, die der WG gehört und einen Trockner von Etagennachbarinnen, den wir auf Nachfrage mitbenutzen dürfen. Außerdem gibt es einen schönen Garten, den alle im Haus nutzen können.

As I will be leaving Bonn for an internship in Berlin, I (Dominik, 24) am giving up my flat-sharing room for just under three months. The room is on the top floor of the house right next to the toilet. The room itself is about 16m². You are welcome to use some of my furnishings, otherwise I would put away the things you don't want :)
There are wooden floorboards in the whole flat-sharing community, only in the kitchen we have laid another floor. The flat-sharing community is in the attic, which means that it can get quite warm on really hot summer days.
The house is an old building that is not in the best condition. Nevertheless, it's a cosy place to live and it's also cheap(!). The biggest disadvantage of the flat is that it is on the 3rd floor and we have a toilet on our floor but no shower. There is a shower in the basement, which (only) we use. The other flats, which are not shared flats, have their own showers. The shower in the basement is a bit annoying, but you can get used to it. In addition, there is a sink in each room. The kitchen is well equipped, but we don't have a dishwasher. There is also a washing machine in the basement, which belongs to the flat-sharing community, and a dryer belonging to neighbours on the same floor, which we are allowed to use on request. There is also a beautiful garden that everyone in the house can use.
Das Zimmer ist in der Südstadt, relativ nah am Rhein und an den Uni-Gebäuden um die Nassestraße. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind schnell erreichbar, zwei Bushaltestellen sind ganz nah an der Kaiserstraße, die Straßenbahnhaltestellen Juridicum/Bundesrechnungshof sind beide 3-5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Zu Fuß zum Hbf braucht man etwa 15 Minuten. In 8-10 Minuten schafft man es jeweils zum Netto am Bonner Talweg sowie dem Rewe und dem DM bei der Ecke Bonner Talweg/Weberstraße.

The room is in Südstadt, relatively close to the Rhine and the university buildings around Nassestraße. Public transport is easily accessible, two bus stops are very close to Kaiserstraße, the tram stops Juridicum/Bundesrechnungshof are both 3-5 minutes away on foot. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the main train station. The Netto supermarket on Bonner Talweg, the Rewe supermarket and the DM supermarket on the corner of Bonner Talweg and Weberstraße are 8-10 minutes away.
WG-Bewohner
Jonas ist 25 und zieht ungefähr zur selben Zeit in das andere Zimmer ein. Er besitzt einen sehr guten Musikgeschmack von Drum 'n' Bass über Rap bis House. Er studiert Politik und ist ein begandeter Koch. Für Teamsportarten vor allem mit Ball ist Jonas auch immer zu begeistern.
Amelie ist 20 Jahre alt, studiert Agrarwissenschaften und ist auch erst recht frisch (seit April 2021) in der WG. Sie macht gerne Sport, spielt z.B. in Bonn in einer Fußballmannschaft, geht abends gerne mit Freunden aus und kocht sehr gerne. Sie kommt aus einer großen Familie und ist daher ein sehr geselliger Mensch. Außerdem ist sie eine Frühaufsteherin und liebt alles, was mit Kunst zu tun hat.
Lautstärke
Wir sind bezüglich Lautstärke beide recht tolerant. Wenn du also gerne Musik hörst, auch abends mal noch mit FreundInnen lauter bist oder ein Instrument spielst, ist das kein Problem. Der Altbau ist recht hellhörig, man hört also Schritte auf den Dielen oder die Türen. Außerdem gibt es Kinder im Haus. Entsprechend wäre es gut, wenn du diesbezüglich nicht allzu sensibel bist, was aber nicht heißt, dass wir keine Rücksicht nehmen.
Lebensmittel
Wir haben zwar unsere eigenen Lebensmittel und Schränke, aber es können gerne Dinge geteilt und mitbenutzt werden.
Sauberkeit
Wir können einen Putzplan vereinbaren oder schauen, ob es ohne harmoniert. Das könntest du dann natürlich mitentscheiden. Aktuell gibt es einen Putzplan und es funktioniert ganz gut so.
Miteinander
Schön wäre es, wenn wir uns gut verstehen und ab und an mal (sobald es geht) gemeinsam ausgehen oder gemeinsam essen. Wenn sich langfristig herausstellt, dass es doch nicht so gut harmoniert, muss das aber nicht krampfhaft sein. Menschen, die gerne abends Freunde einladen und die Küche etwas beleben, wären auch willkommen.
Cool wäre es, wenn relativ offen mit Konflikten umgegangen wird und man einfach darüber sprechen und eine Lösung finden kann.

Flatmate
Jonas is 25 and moves into the other room at about the same time. He has a very good taste in music, from drum 'n' bass to rap to house. He is studying politics and is a gifted cook. Jonas is always enthusiastic about team sports, especially with a ball.
Amelie is 20 years old, is studying agricultural sciences and has only just moved into the flat-sharing community (since April 2021). She enjoys sports, plays in a football team in Bonn, for example, likes to go out with friends in the evenings and loves to cook. She comes from a large family and is therefore a very sociable person. She is also an early riser and loves everything to do with art.
Volume
We are both quite tolerant when it comes to volume. So if you like to listen to music, make noise in the evening with friends or play an instrument, that's no problem. The old building is quite bright, so you can hear footsteps on the floorboards or the doors. There are also children in the house. Therefore, it would be good if you are not too sensitive in this respect, but this does not mean that we are not considerate.
Food
We have our own food and cupboards, but you are welcome to share and use things.
Cleanliness
We can agree on a cleaning schedule or see if it works without. Of course, you could help decide that. At the moment we have a cleaning schedule and it works quite well.
With each other
It would be nice if we could get along well and go out together once in a while (as soon as possible) or eat together. But if it turns out in the long run that things don't harmonise so well after all, it doesn't have to be a frantic thing. People who like to invite friends over in the evening and liven up the kitchen a bit would also be welcome.
It would be cool if conflicts were dealt with relatively openly and you could simply talk about them and find a solution.
