The room is East-North oriented, and the sun brightens the room during the first hours of the morning. The room contains everything you need such as a table, bed, chair, shelf, wardrobe… It had approximately 15m2 and offers enough space but still does not feel like it is too big. The room, and the house in general, are newly renovated. Apart from the bedroom, there is also a Kitchen/Dining room and a toilet, which is shared with the rest of the flatmates. There is also a garden in which the bike can be parked and barbecues can be made in summer time.
The flat is located in Südstadt, but is very close to the Rhine, which can be reached in 1 minute walking, which is very appropriate if you like running or simply taking relaxing walks. Apart from that, you can reach Hofgarten in around 7 minutes and supermarkets like REWE and Netto in Südstadt in 10-15 minutes by foot. The Universitäts- und Landesbibliothek can be reached in 5 minutes. The subway stop “Juridicum” is reachable in 2 minutes, which connects with Bonn HBF.
The everyday life in the flat share is very relaxed. You can usually meet with the flat mates in the common areas and have a chat while eating or having a drink. Doing something more than that is up to you. Everything can but nothing must 😊. All of them are studying, so if you are a student your schedule will probably be similar.
