My name is Shalom (M, 29)
I come from India, lived in Kiel for 5 years. I completed my Masters at the Kiel University last year and just started my PhD at Bonn University. I’ll be moving to Bonn on 12.01.2024 and I'm looking for a male flatmate starting 01.02.2024.
The apartment features 2 rooms, a bathroom, kitchen, dining area, and includes a car parking spot. The furnished kitchen comes with a fridge and oven. I'll bring my own microwave and washing machine. The cold rent is 710 euros + 80 euros for additional costs. Electricity and gas will require a separate contract, estimated between 140-170 euros based on a preliminary survey. The total apartment size is 56.50 square meters; the individual room's size isn't precise yet. Considering various factors, the rent for the room could range between 450-500 euros, including electricity.
It's a ground floor Backhaus (Hinterhaus) with 1 upper floor. The ground floor has a room, dining area, kitchen, and bathroom. The upper floor is where I'll be staying, and the apartment is conveniently located just 1.2 km away (a 16-minute walk) from hbf.
