Ich suche einen neuen WG-Mitbewohner (m/w) für meine wunderschöne Wohnung in der Altstadt. Ich bin selbst berufstätig und daher relativ wenig zuhause, aber immer für ein Glas Wein zu haben.
Die Wohnung hat eine große Wohnküche mit tollem Blick über die Altstadt, ein Wannenbad und eine Gästetoilette sowie einen Abstellraum.
Dein Zimmer ist circa 15m2 groß und hat noch einen Vorraum, wo bereits ein passender Kleiderschrank (1,5m) steht, der übernommen werden muss. Zu dem Zimmer gehört außerdem ein kleiner Balkon.
Das Zimmer wird ab dem 1.12.17 oder 15.12.17 oder 1.1.18 frei.
Um die Wohnung herum gibt es viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bars , Cafes und Restaurants. Die Straßenbahn ist in zwei Minuten zu erreichen und zum Hauptbahnhof benötigt man keine 15 Minuten zu Fuß.

I'm looking for a new flatmate (m / f) for my georgous apartment in the Altstadt. I am working full-time and therefore barely at home, but I am always happy to drink a glass of wine with you.
The apartment has a large kitchen with a great view over the old town, a bathroom and a guest toilet as well as a storage room.
Your room is about 15m2 in size and has a small hall room which makes it look like a walking closet. A perfectly fitted wardrobe is already in the room which has to be taken over. The room also has a small balcony.
The room will be available from 1.12.2017, or 15.12.2017, or 1.1.2018.
The apartment's location is perfect, it's between the Altstadt and Zentrum. So you will have plenty of choices for supermarkets, small shops, bars, cafes and restaurants. The tram station can be reached in two minutes and the central station is less than a 15-minute walk.
