Das Zimmer liegt im ersten Stock eines Studentenwohnheims und ist durch die Lage zum Rhein hin sehr ruhig. Man hört nur ab und zu Kinder, die im Garten der Kita im Erdgeschoss spielen. Zwei große Doppelfenster machen das Zimmer sehr hell. Es verfügt über ein eigenes behindertengerechtes Bad.
Vor Beginn der Mietzeit werde ich alle meine persönlichen Sachen ausräumen. Die Möbel bleiben allerdings drin ( ausgenommen die weiße Kommode).
The room is on the first floor of a student dorm and is very quiet due to its location facing the Rhine. You only hear children playing in the garden of the day care centre on the ground floor from time to time. Two large double windows make the room very bright. It has its own handicapped accessible bathroom.
Before the beginning of the rental period I will clear out all my personal things. However, the furniture remains inside (except the white chest of drawers).
Die Lage ist Phänomenal! Man erreicht zu Fuß die Innenstadt in weniger als 10 Minuten. Zudem befindet sich die Haltestelle Juridicum direkt vor der Tür.
The location is phenomenal! You can reach the city centre on foot in less than 10 minutes. In addition, the Juridicum stop is directly in front of the door.
Es gibt eine Gemeinschaftsküche. Dadurch trifft man sich beim Kochen und Essen und es gibt immer jemanden zum Quatschen.
There is a communal kitchen. So you can meet up to cook and eat and there's always someone to chat with.
