🇩🇪 Das Zimmer ist gut beleuchtet, ziemlich groß und mit hohen Decken und einer herrlichen Aussicht.
Die Möbel müssen mitgenommen werden, sie können teilweise oder vollständig für insgesamt 260 € gekauft werden, da ich nichts mitnehmen werde. Dazu gehören ein großes Bett mit Matratze, ein großer Schreibtisch mit Stuhl, ein großer Spiegel, ein Schrank und ein Kleiderbügel für Ihre Kleidung. Sie sind also alle in Ihrem neuen Zimmer zu einem sehr guten Preis untergebracht.

My furniture must be taken, it can be purchased in parts or completely for a total of 260€ since I'll not be taken anything with me. This includes a big bed with mattress, a large desk with chair, a large mirror, a closet and a hanger for your clothing. So you're all set in your new room for a very good price.
🇩🇪Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt im Zentrum von Bonn. Neben der Altstadt befinden sich gleich um die Ecke Haltestellen für öffentliche Verkehrsmittel (Busse und Straßenbahnen). Wenn Sie ein eigenes Fahrrad haben, können Sie unten bleiben!
Der Hauptbahnhof und das Stadtzentrum sind 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, wo Sie alle Geschäfte und Notwendigkeiten finden, wie ein Last-Minute-Lebensmittelgeschäft für ein unerwartetes Abendessen!
Von den Bahnhöfen Stiftsplatz, Wilhelmsplatz und Bertha v. Suttner-Platz können Sie Busse, Straßenbahnen oder die U-Bahn nehmen, die nur zwei Stationen vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt ist.
🇬🇧The flat is located right in central Bonn (Bonn Zentrum) and next to the old town, public transportation stops (Buses and trams) are all around the corner and if you have your own bike, you can keep downstairs!
The central station and the city center are 5 mins away by foot, where you will find all the shops and necessities, like a last-minute grocery for an unexpected dinner!
From the stations Stiftsplatz, Wilhelmsplatz and the Bertha v. Suttner-Platz you can take busses, trams or the subway and its only two stations away from the central station.
🇩🇪Du wirst mit Peter (32), und Johanna (27) leben, und da wir noch ein weiteres Zimmer frei haben, wird noch ein-e neue-r Mitbewohner/in zusammen einziehen. Sie sind entspannt, aufgeschlossen und freuen sich, abends zu plaudern oder vielleicht zu kochen und ein gutes Essen in der Küche zu teilen oder auf dem Sofa im Wohnzimmer zu sitzen.
Sie pflegen eine schöne und entspannte Atmosphäre in der Wohnung. Es gibt einen Putzsplan, und jeder ist dazu verpflichtet, und Sie müssen fuer keine Haushaltsgeräte bezahlen, um einziehen zu können.
🇬🇧You will be living with Peter (32), Johanna (27) and Jacob (25). they are relaxed, open minded and happy to have a chat in the evening, or maybe cook and share a nice meal in the kitchen or enjoy sitting in the sofa in the living room.
They like to keep a nice and relaxed atmosphere in the flat. There is a cleaning schedule and everyone is committed to it, and you don’t have to pay for any home appliances to move in.
