Das Zimmer ist 17m² groß und liegt zur Straße hinaus. Vor dem großen Fenster steht ein Baum, der Sichtschutz bietet, aber auch noch genug Licht herein lässt. Hohe Decken, schöner Dielenboden. Ein großes Bett und eine kleine Matratze können übernommen werden, darüber hinaus ein Schrank und ein kleines Sofa. Ansonsten ist das Zimmer unmöbliert.
Das Badezimmer ist klein aber fein und wurde erst zuletzt von uns renoviert.
Die Küche ist gemütlich und lädt zum zusammensitzen ein.
The room is 17m² in size and faces the street. In front of the large window there is a tree, which offers privacy, but also lets in enough light. High ceilings, nice floorboards. A large bed and a small Mattress, a cabinet an a little sofa could be passed over. Furthermore the room is unfurnished
The bathroom is small but nice and was only recently renovated by us.
The kitchen is cosy and invites to sit together.
Unser Haus liegt sehr zentral. Die Haltestelle 'Bonn West' ist fußläufig in ca. 3 Minuten zu erreichen. Zum Bonner Hauptbahnhof gelangt man mit dem Fahrrad schnell und ist so gut an Köln angebunden. Auch die Altstadt ist nur einige Minuten entfernt. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich ein Edeka sowie ein Penny Markt. Auch ein Fitness Studio oder der Obi Markt sind nur einen Katzensprung entfernt. So hat man wirklich vieles direkt in der Nähe.
Our house is very centrally located. The train station 'Bonn West' is within walking distance of about 3 minutes. The main station of Bonn can be reached quickly by bicycle and is well connected to Cologne. The old town is also only a few minutes away. In the immediate vicinity there is an Edeka and a Penny Market. A fitness studio or the Obi Market are also only a stone's throw away. So you really have a lot of things in the immediate vicinity.
In der WG leben dezeit Paula (24), Lukas (22) und Mario (40). Lukas Zimmer ist in Zwischenmiete zu vergeben. Paula kommt voraussichtlich Mitte Februar zurück in die WG. Sie studiert Psychologie in Bonn. Mario hat Geschichte studiert und arbeitet jetzt.
Im Haus gibt es außerdem noch drei weitere WGs, insgesamt wohnen 12 Menschen in der Eifel19.
Unsere Hausgemeinschaft lebt davon, dass wir auch untereinander viel Kontakt haben, auch wenn dies in Corona-Zeiten nur noch sehr eingeschränkt möglich ist.
Falls Dir der angegebene Zeitraum nicht haargenau passt, kannst Du Dich gerne trotzdem melden. Da können wir auch nochmal drüber sprechen.
Paula (24), Lukas (22) and Mario (40) are living in the WG. Lukas Zimmer is available for temporary rent. Paula is going to return to the flat in the mid of February. She studies psychology. Mario has studied history and has been working for some time.
In the house there are also three more flat shares, altogether 12 people live in the Eifel19.
Our house community lives from the fact that we also have a lot of contact with each other. Of course that is now limited by the pandemy.
