Das Zimmer ist für die wenigen Quadramter sehr geräumig, da es sehr hohe Decken hat und viel Licht reinfällt! Außerdem haben wir in der Wohnung einen tollen Holzboden und durch die Lage zum Innenhof eine ruhige Atmosphäre trotz zentraler Lage mitten in Poppelsdorf.
Dazu haben wir eine tolle & große Küche, in der man sich perfekt mit Freunden hinsetzen und sonst auch immer viel Zeit verbringen kann :)
Die Wohnung liegt in der Sternenburgstraße und direkt bei dem Edeka in Poppelsdorf. Fußläufig ist die Clemens-August-Straße zu erreichen und der Campus in der Nussalle ist mit dem Rad 3 min entfernt!
Da meine Mitbewohnerin zu Ende Januar auszieht, suche ich eine neue Mitbewohnerin, die zu Anfang Februar einziehen möchte!
Ich bin Linnea, 20 Jahre alt, und studiere Medizin im dritten Semster.
Mir wäre wichtig, dass es keine Zweck- WG ist und man sich abends mal in der Küche zum kochen trifft oder mal zwischendrin auf ein nettes Gespräch und eine Tasse Tee zusammenkommt :)
Am liebsten lerne ich dich persönlich kennen - du kannst dich aber gerne schoneinmal vorstellen und sagen, was dir wichtig wäre in einer Wg..
