Das Zimmer ist sehr hell, voll möbliert und mit Blick in's Grüne. Es gibt ein bequemes Boxspringbett, einen Kleiderschrank, ein Sessel und ein Schreibtisch. Genug Stauraum ist auf alle Fälle auch vorhanden :)

We are searching for a new tenant (Girl).
The room is very bright, and with a view of the garden. There is a comfortable box spring bed, a wardrobe, a chair, and a desk. There is also enough storage space :)
Unsere Wg ist 4 min zu Fuß zur Straßenbahn (16 und 63) dann andere 12 Min zu HBF. Es sind 8 min mit dem Rad zum Post-Tower, sowie 20 min mit dem Rad zum Hauptbahnhof. In der Nähe sind zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Lidl, Aldi, Rewe, Kleidungsgeschäfte, Obi etc.) und auch der Rhein lädt zum Verweilen ein.
Our apartment is a 4-minute walk from the tram (16 and 63) and then another 12 min to the main station. It is 8 minutes by bike to the post tower and 20 minutes by bike to the main train station. There are numerous shops nearby (Lidl, Aldi, Rewe, clothing stores, Obi, etc.) and the Rhine invites you to linger.
Wir sind eine internationale WG und alle drei Studenten oder berufstätig. Deine zukünftigen Mitbewohnern sind Tarek (34) und Sogand (23). Tarek schreibt gerade an seiner Doktorarbeit in Zahnmedizin und Sogand macht eine Ausbildung. Absolutes Highlight der WG ist übrigens die kleine Terrasse mit Blick in den Gemeinschaftsgarten, wo wir immer wieder ein paar Sonnenminuten einfangen. Wir sind eine saubere, ordentliche WG und wünschen uns auch eine neue Mitbewohnerin, die sich auch an dem Putzplan beteiligen möchte.
We are an international flatshare and all three of us work or study. Your future flatmates are Tarek (34) and Sogand (23). Tarek is currently writing his doctoral thesis in dentistry, and Sogand doing her training. By the way, the absolute highlight of the shared flat is the small terrace with a shared garden, where we always catch a few minutes of sun. We are a clean, tidy flat-sharing community.
