I live in a 3-bedroom / 2 bath apartment within a 15-minute walk of Harvard, and we are looking for 2 people to take one bedroom each for the summer. The start date is pretty flexible -- somewhere around the end of May to early September. The rent is 1300, and it comes fully furnished. The master bedroom is also available for the same time frame (my partner is headed back to Germany for the summer so I'm moving to the smallest room), and the rent for that is 1500 and you would have your own bathroom and tons of natural light. The kitchen is also really well stocked, and the location is really great (close to Harvard Square and Inman Square).

- Fully furnished, and the kitchen is very fully supplied
- Bedroom is also fully furnished
- We are doing a shared spices, laundry detergent and cleaning supplies system with everyone to cut down on costs
- 2nd floor of the apartment building
- Building has an elevator
- Laundry is coin-operated and right down the hall
- Trash and recycling are right down the hall
- Safe and quiet neighborhood, right down the street from a wooded park and idyllic residential neighborhood, close to the sought-after Market Basket (cheap deals on groceries), and very easy walking and biking access to: Harvard Square, Porter Square, and Inman Square. Even though we are right on Beacon Street, our apartment in particular is on the side street and so it is very quiet.

- Small porch (big enough to stand on) is attached to the living room
In terms of the house culture: I have a 9-5 job at Harvard Law School. I play classical guitar sometimes, but nothing loud or very frequent. While there is no pressure at all to be social in this very mellow house, we look forward to welcoming 2 new people into the fold and creating a warm collective environment together.
