Vom 1.1. bis zum 20.3.2023 bin ich nicht in Bremen und suche für die Zeit eine Person, die Lust hat zur Zwischenmiete in meinen zwei Zimmern zu wohnen.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Alten Neustadt ziemlich nah an der Shakespeare Company und in einer ruhigen Straße. Beide Zimmer sind ca 13 m² groß (also insg. 26m²), eines davon nutzen wir abends als Wohnzimmer und ich habe es sonst tagsüber zum Arbeiten genutzt. Ich zahle aktuell für beide Zimmer 400€ warm.
Zusammen wohnst du dann mit meiner lieben Mitbewohnerin Margret (34), die Biologie studiert und auch nebenbei arbeitet und sportlich ziemlich aktiv ist. Wir legen viel Wert auf ein entspanntes, soziales und kooperatives Miteinander und kochen und essen oft zusammen oder sitzen abends im Wohnzimmer.
Die Wohnung hat nach hinten raus einen Garten, den nur wir benutzen (und dahin geht auch das Schlafzimmerfenster). Du solltest Katzen mögen, da meine Katze, die für die Zeit bei der Nachbarin wohnt, und auch der Nachbarskater gerne zu Besuch kommen in der Hoffnung von dir gefüttert zu werden.
Da ich ziemlich viele Zimmerpflanzen habe wäre es super wenn du dich da ein bisschen auskennst oder Lust hast was dazu zu lernen :)
From 1.1. to 20.3.2023 I will not be in Bremen and I am looking for a person who wants to live in my two rooms as an interim tenant.
The apartment is located in the Alte Neustadt quite close to the Shakespeare Company and in a quiet street. Both rooms are about 13 m² (26m² in total), one of them is used as a living room in the evening and I use it for working during the day. I currently pay 400€ warm for both rooms.
Together you will live with my dear roommate Margret (34), who studies biology and also works part-time and is quite active in sports. We attach a lot of importance to a relaxed, social and cooperative togetherness and often cook and eat together or sit in the living room in the evening.
The apartment has a garden out back that only we use (and that's where the bedroom window goes). You should like cats, as my cat, who lives with the neighbor for the time being, and also the neighbor's cat like to visit in hopes of being fed by you.
Since I have quite a few houseplants it would be great if you know a bit about it or want to learn something :)
Die Lage ist sehr zentral, fußläufig in die Innenstadt, in den Neustadtpark oder zum Werdersee, ansonsten gibt es in der Nähe alles was man zum täglichen Leben braucht. Die Hochschule ist direkt in die Ecke und mit der Straßenbahn Nr 6, die direkt um die Ecke fährt, kommt man in circa 30 Minuten zur Uni.
Da die Straße nicht so stark befahren ist, ist es trotz zentraler Lage ziemlich ruhig und es gibt einen Garten zur Mitbenutzung.
The location is very central, within walking distance to the city center, the Neustadtpark or the Werdersee, otherwise there is everything you need for daily life nearby. The university is right around the corner and with the streetcar No. 6, which goes right around the corner, you can get to the university in about 30 minutes.
Since the street is not so busy, it is quite quiet despite its central location and there is a garden to share.
Du wohnst zusammen mit meiner lieben Mitbewohnerin. Wir legen viel Wert auf ein gemeinschaftliches Leben und kochen viel zusammen oder chillen abends im Wohnzimmer, gucken nen Film, usw. Wir sind nicht (mehr) so die Party People und wenn du bis spät in die Nacht feiern willst dann musst du das auf jeden Fall außerhalb tun ;) Übermäßiges Alkoholtrinken oder Drogenexzesse finden wir auch uncool.
Achso und wir haben quasi eine Art Putzplan, der gerne weitergeführt werden darf und es ermöglicht dass sich alle wohl fühlen :)
You live together with my dear roommate. We attach a lot of importance to a communal life and cook a lot together or chill in the evening in the living room, watch a movie, etc.. We are not (more) so the party people and if you want to party until late at night then you have to do it outside in any case ;) Excessive alcohol drinking or drug excesses we also find uncool.
Oh and we have a kind of cleaning plan, which may be continued and makes it possible that all feel good :)
