Hallo,
gesucht wird ab dem 01. November eine nette/ein netter Mitbewohner/in für eine 3er WG in Bremen Mitte.
Zu vergeben idt ein Zimmer (12qm groß).
Alles zusammen kostet das Zimmer 310,00 Euro pro Monat.
Einmalig wird dabei eine Kaution von 310,00 Euro fällig.
Insgesamt ist die WG super ausgesttatet und hat so alles was man braucht (Teller, Kühlschrank, Staubsauger, Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine im Haus).
Ein gemeinsames Bad, eine schmale Küche mit Balkon und den Keller teilt man sich mit den Mitbewohnern.
Das WG Leben ist wie die Lage hier eher ruhig, es gibt also eine gute Lernatmosphäre.
Die aktuellen Mitbewohner kommen aus Brasilien und Indien und sprechen bevorzugt Englisch und Deutsch.

We are searching for someone to live in our WG at Bremen Mitte (beginning at 01/11/2019)
The room has 12 qm.
The flat is located very close to the Schlachte, Domsheide, Hauptbahnhof (all within walking distances) and easily accessible by bus/tram lines 1, 2, 3, 25, 26, 27.
The rent is 310 Euro per month (including electricity and internet) and the Kaution is 310 Euro.
The WG is well equipped with kitchen utensils, fridge, vacuum cleaner, dishwasher, washing machines etc
We share the bathroom, the kitchen (with balcony) and the basement.
Life in this WG is usually quiet si you have good learning atmosphere.

Die Wohnung liegt in Laufnähe von Schlachte, Domsheide, Hauptbahnhof und ist per Bus/Bahn über die Linien 1, 2, 3, 25, 26, 27 erreichbar.
