Free from the May 22nd, 2018 a beautiful 20 sqm room in An der Weide 31.
The rent is 310,50 € all inclusive. About the furniture: the room is currently furnished with an IKEA double bed, a closet, a sofa (kinda broken but still usable if a friend comes!), a shelf, and a desk. The furniture is mine and I am willing to sell it for 100€, which will have to be paid together with the deposit (500€). Otherwise, I'll sell it away.
Ein schönes, 20 qm großes Zimmer, frei ab dem 22.5.18
Die Miete beträgt 310,50 € warm. Zur Einrichtung: Momentan ist das Zimmer vollständig eingerichtet mit einem Doppelbett von IKEA, einem kleinen, provisorischen Schrank, einem Sofa (zwar lädiert, funktioniert aber trotzdem gut, wenn mal Freunde da sind), einem Regal und einem Schreibtisch. Zwar gehört all das mir, ich wäre aber bereit, es für 100 € abzugeben, welche Zusammen mit der Kaution von 500 € gezahlt werden würden. Wenn du sie nicht haben willst, ist es auch nicht schlimm, ich verkaufe sie dann einfach.
The WG is perfectly located: a couple of minutes and you are at the HBF, the tram stop is literally downstairs. An Edeka supermarket is less than 100 meters away, and Viertel is within a stone's throw. Also, la viva and other clubs are very close - still you can't hear any noise.
Die Lage der Wg ist nahezu perfekt: In wenigen Minuten erreicht man den HBF, die nächste Straßenbahnhaltestelle (Remberistraße) ist quasi direkt vor der Haustür. Ein Edeka ist weniger als 100 m entfernt. Das Viertel ist nur einen Katzensprung weit weg, ebenso ist die Partymeile ( la viva, Stubu etc.) direkt um die Ecke. Man wird davon aber trotzdem nicht gestört.
The WG consists of 4 single rooms, a kitchen, a complete bathroom, and a little WC bathroom. A storage room in the basement is also present, as well as a common bike storage in the backyard. The kitchen is fully equipped with kettle, microwave, toaster, coffee machine and dishwasher.
You will share the apartment with three other tenants.
Philipp is 18 and just started his aerospace engineering studies. Nico is 22 and he's finalizing his studies in civil engineering. Finally, Tobias is 33 and he's working and completing his studies IT.
The landlords are fine and they will get you a proper contract.
Die WG besteht aus vier einzelnen Zimmern, einer Küche, einem großen Badezimmer sowie einem kleinen Gästebad. Wir haben einen eigenen Lagerraum im Keller und Fahrräder können im Hinterhof abgestellt werden. Die Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet mitsamt Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine und Spülmaschine.
Die Wohnung wirst du dir mit drei netten Mitbewohnern teilen.
Philipp ist 18 Jahre alt und noch am Anfang seines Luft - und Raumfahrttechnikstudiums. Nico ist 22 und nähert sich dem Bachelor in Bauingenieurswesen und Tobias (33) holt den Rest seines Informatikstudiums nach und arbeitet nebenbei.
Die Vermieter sind gut drauf, werden dir immer helfen und auch einen vernünftigen Vertrag besorgen.
