Hey there,
Our WG will have a free room in a 4 person apartment available from 01.09.20 - 01.02.21 ( you can move in a bit early we can discuss this), as our flatmate is moving out to pursue an ERASMUS until February 1,2021., The room is in between 10-12 sqm. However, we have a huge living room with two couches and a well equipped kitchen dishwasher, washing machine, oven, and stove, to top that we also have a nice dining room with a balcony.
Location:
It's just 4 min walk from central station (HBF) meaning it can't get central than that 😆. The closest tram station is 2 mins away. There is an Edeka across the street and a Rewe about a 5 minute walk.
Atmosphere in the WG:
You will be living with Daniel, Kcee and Maria. They are doing PhD and masters at the university, we like to cook together sometimes, make spontaneous plans to go somewhere, Sunday brunches, movies on the projector, and have a quick chat, but in general it's pretty uncomplicated.
We have a cleaning plan we like to stick to the plan whenever it is possible.
Miscellaneous:
If you are interested our roommate will leave the furniture (bed, dresser, side table, reading lamp)
