Your room offers lots of space including a desk, a bed, a couch and a wardrobe (you can bring your own furniture if you prefer). It's facing south so you get lots of light :)
The nice thing about the flat is the HUGE living room with a TV! There's also a separate kitchen (including dishwasher, oven, coffee machine, microwave, and all needed pots and dinnerware).
The apartment is fully furnished with anything you might want. Windows were renovated last year and heating was renovated this year. In the basement, there's a storage room and a bike storage room.
The location is great, right at the city center, between Schlachte & Hauptbahnhof, both are 5-10 mins away by foot. The closest tram stops are Am Wall (4 mins) & Falkenstrasse (4 mins). The street is quiet, with almost direct access to the Wallanlagen.
There are many shopping options nearby in the station or at the city center.
The huge living room is ideal for gatherings, to watch movies, or have dinner with friends (postCorona). You will be sharing the flat with me, a young university lecturer, who works in Bremen but lives in Berlin.
During the semesters, I am usually in Bremen 3 nights per week and would enjoy spending time together. But since I live in Berlin, I will be away during weekends and the summer (June-Aug.), so you can enjoy the whole flat for yourself.
My current flatmate and I have hosted some legendary Halloween parties since 2015, so it would be nice to continue the tradition with you after Corona is over.
About you: Internationals welcome, ideally, a non-smoker.
Move-in is possible from 15.04.
