Liebe WG-Suchenden,
wir suchen für unsere wunderschöne und riesige WG in zentraler Lage (Nähe Stern) eine nette 5. Person.
Wir sind aktuell zwei Männer und zwei Frauen, alle berufstätig und zwischen 26 und 40 Jahren.
Zur Wohnung:
Die Wohnung ist 195 qm groß, hat hohe Decken, Parkettboden, 5 Zimmer, ein riesiges Wohnzimmer, einen großen überdachten Balkon mit Sofa, ein Arbeits- bzw. Gästezimmer, eine gut ausgestattete Küche mit Esstisch, ein großes Bad mit Dusche und Eckbadewanne, ein Extra-WC, einen geräumigen Flur, eine Garage für Fahrräder und einen kleinen Kellerraum.
100qm der Wohnung sind Gemeinschaftsfläche - somit gibt es viele Möglichkeiten, um sich auszuleben. Auf dem gemeinsamen Balkon pflanzen wir Tomaten und Kräuter an. Das Wohnzimmer und das gemeinsame Arbeits- bzw. Gästezimmer lassen sich durch eine Glastür teilen, sodass mehrere Leute verschiedene Sachen machen können. Wir werkeln dort gern an kreativen und musikalischen Projekten oder schauen Filme über den fest installlierten Beamer :)
Zum Zimmer & zur Perspektive
Aktuell ist unser kleines, feines und lichtdurchflutetes Zimmer mit direktem Blick auf den Bürgerpark frei. Im Laufe dieses Jahres besteht die Möglichkeit in eines von zwei anderen Zimmern zu wechseln (13qm bzw. 27qm). Da wir so große Gemeinschaftsräume haben, gibt es viel Stauraum in der Wohnung, sodass nicht alle Sachen in dem Zimmer untergebracht werden müssen. Das Zimmer ist aktuell nicht möbliert, wir haben aber Möbel da, falls was fehlt.
Wie wir wohnen:
Wir leben gerne gemeinsam! Wir sprechen uns über alles Wichtige in der WG ab und achten auf die Bedürfnisse von jeder Person. Wir teilen untereinander alle Lebensmittel und kochen zusammen, wenn es passt. Außerdem bekommen wir jede Woche eine Gemüsekiste vom Findorff-Markt. Für eine gemütliche und saubere Wohnung haben wir einen Putzplan und setzen uns regelmäßig zusammen, um Fragen rund um die WG zu besprechen.

11sqm in bright 195sqm 5er WG am Stern, long-term option to move to a larger room
Hi everyone,
we are looking for a nice fifth person for our beautiful and huge shared flat close to Am Stern.
We are currently two women and two man, all working and between 26 and 40 years.
The apartment:
The apartment is 195 square meters in size, has high ceilings, parquet floor, 5 private rooms, a huge living room, an study/guest room, a large roofed balcony with sofa, a well equipped kitchen with dining table, a large bathroom with shower and corner bath, an extra toilet, a spacious hallway, a garage for bicycles and a small cellar room.
100 square meters of the apartment are common area - so there are many possibilities to hang out. On the shared balcony we plant tomatoes and herbs. The living room and the shared study/guest room can be divided by a glass door so that several people can do different things at the same time without feeling disturbed. We like to work on creative and musical projects or watch films on our beamer there.
The room & perspective
At the moment our fine small room with a direct view of the Bürgerpark is free. In the medium or long term it is possible to change to one of two other rooms (13 sqm or 27 sqm). As we have such a big common area, there is a lot of storage space in the apartment, so that not all things have to be in the room. The room is currently not furnished, but we have furniture available in case something is missing.
How we live:
We like living together and pay attention to the needs of each person. We share all the groceries and cook together when it is convenient. We also get a box of vegetables from a farmers' market every week.
For a comfortable and clean apartment we have a cleaning schedule and we meet regularly to discuss questions about the shared flat.
