Zur Zwischenmiete gebe ich mein Zimmer im Blockland in gute Hände. Der Standort wird nicht ganz korrekt angezeigt, es ist eigentlich noch weiter Richtung Ritterhude. Wir wohnen auf einem alten Resthof mit riesigem Garten, den wir gemeinsam bewirtschaften. Die Aufteilung ist so, dass du mit Jannis (29) zusammen in einem kleinen Häuschen als Wohneinheit leben würdest mit Anschluss an die WG im Haupthaus (5 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder). Es finden sich abends oft einige Tischtennis- oder Kickerwillige in der Scheune; wir essen ab und zu zusammen und teilen uns die anfallenden Aufgaben im Garten und ums Haus (ohne Putzplan und Müssen). Wenn du also mal Landleben und rummatschen auf dem Acker ausprobieren und einen Haufen witziger Menschen um dich haben willst, könnte das die Gelegenheit dafür sein.
Du solltest eine gewisse Abgeschiedenheit nicht scheuen, auch wenn man natürlich nicht ganz aus der Welt ist...Uni ca. 30 Fahrradminuten, Viertel oder Neustadt eher 45...
Ritterhude und Oslebshausen erreicht man in ca 15 min, falls man mal keine Lust auf die schicke Strecke an der Wümme lang hat.
Jannis (dein engster Mitbewohner) fährt sie jeden Tag tapfer zu seiner Doktorandenstelle am Marum und tüftelt danach, solange es hell ist im Garten rum. Sonst ist an Unterhaltungsprogramm in der Wohnung von, ins Kaminfeuer starren über Mariokart oder Brettspiele auch ein bißchen was vorhanden um den Winter zu überstehen...und natürlich die Scheune als größeres Forum mit einer großen Auswahl an Kneipenspielen und Menschen und Bier.
Meld dich gerne, falls du dir vorstellen kannst das Blockland zu testen und deine Waden zu trainieren. Persönlich merkt man ja dann, ob die Chemie stimmt.
I am giving my room in the Blockland into good hands as a temporary rental. We live on an old farm with a huge garden, which we manage together. The locatoon on the map is not correct, the property is much closer to Ritterhude. The division is such that you would live together with Jannis in a small house with connection to the people in the main house (5 adults and 3 children). In the evenings there are often a few table tennis or table football players in the barn, we eat together from time to time and share the many tasks in the garden and around the house. So if you want to try out country life and have a bunch of nice people around you, this could be the chance.
You shouldn't shy away from a certain remoteness, although of course you're not completely out of the world...university about 30 minutes by bike, Viertel or Neustadt more like 45....
Ritterhude and Oslebshausen are about 15 minutes away, if you don't feel like taking the fancy route along the Wümme.
Jannis (your closest flatmate) bravely drives it to Marum every day and then fiddles around in the garden as long as there is daylight. Otherwise there's a bit of entertainment in the flat, from staring into the fireplace to Mariokart or board games to get through the winter...and of course the barn as a larger forum with a nice selection of pub games and people and beer.
Get in touch if you can imagine testing the Blockland and exercising your calves. In person, we will figure out if chemistry is right.
