Die Location ist super, zur Uni kommt man mit dem 22er Bus in 20 Minuten, die Haltestelle ist etwa 3 Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Mit dem 25er Bus kommt man in 10 Minuten zum HBF, in 15 Minuten zur Domsheide, die Haltestelle ist etwa 2 Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Außerdem kommt man in 10-12 Minuten direkt ins Viertel mit der Tram 2/10, die Haltestelle Bei den drei Pfählen ist nur 7 Minuten Fußweg entfernt.
Außerdem gibt es einen Rewe (4 Minuten Fußweg), Netto (7 Minuten) und weitere Geschäfte (Bäckereien, Kiosks, Post, Copyshop, Friseure, Apotheken etc.) alle im Umkreis von ein paar Hundert Metern.

Since we are all usually pretty busy, it is important to us that each other's privacy is respected, but of course we also like to chat or go out/hangout together when the opportunity arises.
Cleanliness and respect are very important to us and we have a cleaning schedule.
The stated rent of €290 is the basic rent, the additional costs including internet, electricity, water and broadcasting fees are around €60 per month, otherwise we share some groceries (oil, spices, etc.). We handle all of these costs via Splitwise.

About Laura : She's a student at the University of Bremen and have been living in the apartment for 2 years. Her hobbies are cooking, going out, traveling, game nights and experiencing new things :). Since she don't eat meat, she would like it if you didn't cook meat three times a day, but it's not an exclusion criterion.

IMPORTANT: She have a kitten that will move in soon, which is why it is important that you are animal friendly. She will most likely spend most of the time in my room, but will have access to the rest of the flat. Of course you can keep your room closed :)
