The room is bright and cozy, facing directly onto Pappelstraße and offering a really nice view of the rooftops of Neustadt. Thanks to the large windows and the orientation toward the sky, there's plenty of light and sunshine in here. And the small slant adds even more coziness to the space.
Since it's a sublet, the room is fully furnished: a cozy and spacious 1.60m bed, sofa, desk, as well as dressers and clothing racks!

Die Wohnung befindet sich in der wundervollen Neustadt, der Stadtteil Bremis, der gefüllt ist mit kleinen Läden, Cafés, Parks, Bars und natürlich dem Werdersee. Im Sommer ist man* innerhalb von 10min am See :-)
Es ist super Fahrrad-freundlich, aber die Anbindung an die Öffis ist auch sehr gut. Die Haltestelle ist zu Fuß in 3min erreichbar, in die Innenstadt und ins Viertel sind es ca. 10 bis 15 min, zum HBF 10 min, zur Uni dauert es ca. 30min. Die Hochschule ist zu Fuß 5min entfernt.
Im Radius von 10min zu Fuß gibt es Supermärkte (Penny, Rewe, Aleco), Spätis, Apotheke, Reformhaus.
Es lässt sich hier sehr gut leben :-))

The apartment is located in the wonderful Neustadt, the district of Bremen filled with small shops, cafes, parks, bars, and of course, the Werdersee. In the summer, you can reach the lake within 10 minutes :-)
It's very bike-friendly here, but the public transportation connection is also very good. The bus stop is a 3-minute walk away, and it takes about 10 Minutes to get to the city, the Viertel, 10 minutes to the main station and 30 minutes to get to the university. The college is a 5-minute walk away.
Within a 10-minute radius on foot, there are supermarkets (Penny, Rewe, Aleco), convenience stores, a pharmacy, and a health food store.
It's a great place to live here :-))

Unsere WG-Konstellation ist gerade in Rotation, was vielleicht auch ganz cool sein kann für dich.
Romy (sie/ihr) wohnt seit Januar fest hier ein und studiert Pflege an der Hochschule. Marla und ich (Anni) sind derzeit beide im Erasmus und kommen im August wieder. Du würdest also mit Romy und Marlas Zwischenmiete - der lieben Pia - zusammenwohnen.
Ansonsten ist das WG-Leben hier sehr entspannt, wir leben alle unsere Leben, freuen uns aber auch immer über gemeinsames FrühMi, Kaffee schlürfen oder mal zusammen Kochen.
Das Wichtigste ist uns Kommunikation und Bedürfnisse äußern etc, es lässt sich immer über Alles sprechen.
Da die Wohnung eher muckelig ist, ist die Küche der Gemeinschaftsraum, wo das WG-Leben hauptsächlich stattfindet.

Our flatshare situation is currently in rotation, which might actually be pretty cool for you.
Romy (she/her) has been living here permanently since January and is studying nursing at the college.
Marla and I (Anni) are both currently on Erasmus and will be back in August. So, you would be living with Romy and Marla's subletter Pia (she/her).
Other than that, the flatshare life here is very relaxed; we all live our lives but also enjoy coming together for shared breakfasts, coffee sessions, or cooking together. Communication and expressing needs are the most important to us; we're always open to discussing anything. Since the apartment is rather cozy, the kitchen is the communal space where most of the flatshare life happens.
Ich möchte mein Erasmus verlängern und deshalb im Juli mein Zimmer untervermieten. Schreib mir gerne, auch wenn das Zwischenmietdatum nicht ganz für dich passt, ich kann gerne schauen, ob ich das etwas anpassen kann.
Es lässt sich sowieso Alles besprechen :-)
WG-Casting ist natürlich auch online möglich.
Die Miete von 370€ beinhaltet komplett Alles (Internet, Strom, Gas etc.)
