The location is another plus point for the flat share. The new town is very centrally located. The city center can be reached on foot in 15 to 20 minutes (10 minutes by tram). The next stop (tram line 4) is a 5-minute walk away. It drives through the city center and stops at Bremer Hbf.
The next Penny and Rossmann are also only a 5-minute walk away.
The University of Bremen is 6 minutes away by bike and 10 minutes by train.
As stated, this is not a purpose flat share. Of course everyone has their room as a place of retreat and is not disturbed, but overall it is nice if you can have a beer / wine / tea etc together or do something together.
